That seal is made to install with the back dry, lubricant should only be applied to the lip of the seal, it is the friction of the dry rubber inside the bore housing that retains the seal in place
Where did you buy the seal from?
Any online OEM parts vendor will have it, your local Suzuki dealer can order it too. I probably got this one from an online vendor called partsoutlaw.
Whats size or number thats oil seal
