Hi Alex. Kindly explain again how you separated the stream output from the main output. My issue is I want to be able to solo a track on the DAW without it affecting the stream output
Hi Alex...how was this done for livestreaming on FB LIVE...so this LOGIC serves as a mixing console? I can't get on how it works? The routing and hos it goes to OBS or any platforms....thanks
Hi Alex, is there a way we can connect so you can help us getting the audio out to our stream, I would be very greatful, thank you and hopefully you can answer soon.
Hey Alex! Thanks for the great video! I'd like to know how different this setup is compared to the live FOH mix. Does the FOH mix (the one heard by the members in the room) also use Waves plugins or something else? I take it you'd like to mimic the FOH mix in the broadcast mix for consistency.
I try to have the best mix possible at both FOH and Broadcast. They do sound pretty similar but have their differences. We do use a little bit of waves processing at FOH.
Hi Alex, awesome video! Can you please do a video on how to route your audio ins and outs. Example: How do you get Studio One to get from audio one source and output it to another source?
@@AlexShourds looking forward to it. Our church setup is a simple Presonus AR12 USB but using simple AUX analog out to OBS PC. I’d really love to get to Studio One and get access to individual channels, then without silly hardware or virtual loop back adapters, get that audio to livestream (OBS). I’ve read a VST plug-in (restream?) can be used as a hack to get audio into OBS. Going to S1 Pro just to get listen bus seems overkill/silly and not a good use of $ So any thoughts on this would be great!
Sorry for the late reply! If you have an x32, you can get the X Dante Expansion card and connect to your computer running your daw over a single cat5 cable. Using Dante Virtual Soundcard on the computer to bring the audio in and then you can send your finished mix back to your x32 over dante and use one of the physical outs on your mixer to send that mix into your video switcher.
I purposely use low latency plugins so I don't have to worry about that. The most latency on a plugin I have is from Trigger and that is 4ms which is basically not audible by the human ear. We haven't had any issues by just avoiding high latency plugins
Yep. All the channels come in through Dante, are mixed through the template and then that mix is sent back out over Dante to our FOH mixing console and then hooked up with our video feed in Resi
CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOU ALL IN HEAVEN! IT IS GOING TO BE A BLAST

Hey Alex! I wonder if you would advise as to what settings in Pro Tools you use on your DAW machine. Thank you for all you do!

hai alex, im using S1, but every 20 minutes the sound is crackle, how to avoid this ?
Hello
In your template there is no simple delay (for Logic users) to compensate the letancy created by the plugins. Is it not needed?

@@AlexShourds Thak you, I was worry about it
can i get the template, so to learn from it
I'd buy this template!
What monitor speakers are you using?
Adam Audio T7Vs with a sub. Very accurate sounding to me!
couldn't find template to download
Hi brother Alex
so is this how you mix a live stream and adding effects etc
Yep. All the channels come in through Dante, are mixed through the template and then that mix is sent back out over Dante to our FOH mixing console and then hooked up with our video feed in Resi
@@AlexShourds so if i want it just want it for broadcasting mix could i just have it connected to the broadcast mixer board through the daw?
How can I solo without soloing in the livestream?
Studio One has a listen bus option that allows you to solo on your main speakers but not affect your separate stream output
