A lot of folks around New England and NY are looking to purchase a home in Canada. An engineer friend of mine from Florida, retired and moved up that way. He loves it.
Found it on Google Maps, street view taken before you replaced the doors. It would make a great place to live, convert the ground floor of the house into a residence, connect it to the shop with a covered walkway and you'd never have to leave. 😎

Hopefully when you build your new shop you will put in some 4 post lifts so you can double stack your cars. And a dedicated bay with an overhead crane 🏗 and rotisserie for fabrication.
Second that, and a properly ventilated spray booth.
hate to burst your bubble, but, that's a wood floor in that bay, you couldn't double stack two Volkswaggons.

The east coast doesn’t get as cold as the prairies 🥶 in the winter
The part of Nova Scotia where this is doesn't get a very extreme winter. Weather really isn't all that different from Connecticut or Massachusetts. Lots of sunny days. The $300k he's talking about is Canadian dollars. At today's exchange rate that's $231,000 usd. Taxes would be modest too.

OMG Jolene! We here in the states have something in our homes,even if they’re 150 years old,it is called a kitchen!!!🤣
First floor man cave will make a excellent kitchen.
You need to fill the Water Heater before turning on the Breakers to heat it...i found that out when we bought our house...they installed a New Water Heater but never ran water to fill it first...and the breaker was Off..i turned it on..not realizing they had it Empty...( taps need to open to fill it )... the elements burnt out and we had to replace it ( i could have changed the elements but it was undersized anyways )... just open the taps and turn the water on. and check for leaks too...lol

I hope this video brings you a buyer for the unique combination property. I can say I had a building the exact size for my car shop and metal stripping business and had plenty of space for everything.

It be a great fire house. Right on the main drag house on top engine 1 below with sliding pole out back you put the ladder truck another tanker ambulance ect . That's a deal of a price you gotta buy both you'd kick yourself if you didn't get shop. In other provinces/ states that be 1 million dollars property right on the road city water/sewer same with the giant shop man I wish it was near me and last year
