Kasie and Abby, in my opinion, nothing more, have the same problem. An annoying tendency of being annoying. Abby's came from her Pollyanna attitude and a 'better than thou' mentality. She practically worshipped the ground that Gibbs walked on and thought he could do no wrong most of the time. As the rest of the initial characters grew in many ways, Abby stayed the same, more or less. Kasie just does things in a way that gets old fast. Both are excellent in their jobs, no doubt. A little growth wouldn't kill them.

But I can't help but think of Abby every time I see the lab.

kasie ruined the show for me. she's loud and obnoxious, awkward not in a good way, and tries too hard to be funny and cute like Abby. I miss Abby. :(
