@@Jacob-sy5xm YES! They should totally flip that for the new series! The Ziva-isms made sense here because, as she rightfully pointed out, she speaks 5 languages, and English is confusing enough as it is! I'd love to see Tony mess up and have Ziva correct him and playfully bug him about it 😂

Obviously the guy was from down under and I informed him of local geographic idioms that use those phases to indicate the person spoken of is a few fries or McNuggets short of a happy meal. The back and forth was enjoyed by both of us.

Cote is multi lingual, born in Central America, raised in Miami....but had to learn Yiddish for the role, also raised in the Roman Catholic faith, so had to learn about the Hebrew faith...it wasn't NCIS WITHOUT HER
Get your facts right. She didn’t learn Yiddish, she learned Hebrew phonetically so she could say some phrases and pass for Israeli. And no she didn’t have to learn about Judaism.
