Hi I have a question, when transfer blood via a transfer device (from a syringe) to a blue top for PT/INR…the vial is filled with blood but it accidentally has a lot of bubbles floating on the top of the vial. Would you accept it after the bubbles settle down or you prefer a new sample? Thanks!!!
