Mh 6 needs to has tath egyptian theme ading the earth element with nefu and eo being the flagship monsters and ahtal ka being the final boss some monsters like diablos and monoblos can have the earth element too
It's an event quest like some of the others like the variants so it appears at certain times (can access events through the last tab at the bottom). The full version of the fight came out yesterday so it won't give gear to fight it like this on here, which is to try the monster.

a bit disappointed we didn't get this monster in the main stream games. its a really cool monster with a really nice concept and design.
