Hi Julie. I really enjoy your videos. I just wanted to let you know that I never soak my beans any more. I cook my beans in the Instant Pot and there is no need to soak them.
I do, too! I even made baked beans for a family get-together. It was amazing.

I would LOVE it if one you could do a little "chicken routine" video. {or even making another channel}. We recently bought a house on 1.5 acres and it came with 10 chickens... 😂😅 Lol. We knew NOTHING about chickens and there are soooo many different people's opinions, etc... on TH-cam. I'd love to have some info or whatever from someone who's in my general area. 😜 🐔 🐥

Yes I buy plenty with CASH.. appliances I say, for I save her a lot for a rainy day recently one of the buildings that I own had a lot of up keeping one tenant needed a new air-conditioning. I did that the other tenant had a major plumbing problem. I fix that and then another one just the other day. I had to call a locksmith for these professional doors. They’re not regular doors they’re commercial doors and that cost me a big Mac but it had to get done plus the things that I’m going to my house little by little, but we do save cash and use cash. Try not to use credit unless like you said necessary
Never had overnight oats. paintable caulk? Frame is beautiful now.

I been doing the same thing today, Cleaning, doing small repairs and I had leftovers chilli for dinner..I like the way the frame turned out.
Julie your instapot would of helped you out if u needed them out quick enough, oh can I suggest something please, would you like to try or should try one day the peruvian bean they are just like pinto beans but in a better prettier color they taste like the pinto beans too! I use to use pinto beans & someone suggested the peruvian bean & oh my gracious they are so much better in taste, appearance....😊

Nice to see someone that hangs clothes properly by the shirttails! ... You always make me want to cook! I'm not sure what. I have never made beans that way except for soup! ... but I do love them. I always forget you have this channel. You need to remind us every time, well, me anyway!

That's how I parboil my soup beans. I watched my mom and mom- maw. Love your channels. Most people in Texas live like we do in the Appalachian mountains of Southwest Virginia, East Tennessee, and Eastern Kentucky. Tomorrow I will be 69 yrs old. For you to be so much younger your parents taught you to run your home and life in a fragile and saving way that most your age lack that knowledge. I'm glad you past this on to your girls. They will have a leg up on most young people today that go headlong into debt. Their life will be more peaceful with less stress than most their age. They will be happier for it.

Do you know on strong straight pins are, you use them and the holes are so small you can’t see them
Here’s a quick and delicious overnight oats recipe that you can increase as needed:
1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
Squirt of Agave to taste
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Some Chia Seeds
Fruit of choice
Shake/stir in container with lid and put in fridge overnight.
Ready in the morning
Yum!

It’s just called pinto bean seasoning. I think Walmart carries it but I get mine at HEB.
