    Great video. And, I gotta say, you threw that tire back on like a pro. You made it look like a wheelbarrow tire. That's actually heavy and awkward. Well done. Wish you could work on my XJ.

    Great job, very nice that you tell the wrench size and procedure of how to turn in the tie rod ends to come near perfect as before. Again great job very professional top notch work.

    Didn't see Zerk fittings on the new stuff, maybe I missed it. Need to look out for that when I replace mine. Thank you for the great tutorial.

    So much for torque values.

      Best practice is to not give torque values, it then makes the creator liable.

    Would anyone be kind enough to help me out here? I already bought both sides ball joints from another brand, but I'm not sure which tie rod ends to buy for my 1998 Jeep XJ. On that kit on the description there are 4 tie rod ends?

    Will this part also fit a 98 jeep Cherokee 2 wheel drive .Because it's telling me it would fit with 4 wheel drive .

      There’s a very good chance. I had a 96 grand Cherokee and I did this and fixed it.

      Try changing these or the track bar. Mine has a death wobble too and my track bar and tie rods have a bunch of movement to them

    It was a good video......except you DO NOT use your pneumatic gun to tighten your nuts without a disclaimer that you are going to because you know what you are doing..ish and let viewers know there is torque specifications for each nut, for different years and engine sizes. The steering system torque ranges from 20 to 185. Probably should mention these things.

    Someone said on the 1A website that these parts don't come with new castle nuts and pins so I'm rewatching the video for the sizes. When removing all of the nuts she says 19mm but when assembling the new ones she says 18mm. Confusing

    • @Walkeranz
      @Walkeranz 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sometimes the new ones take a different size wrench than the ones removed.

  • @angelf9800
    @angelf9800 ปีที่แล้ว

    Why don’t you just take off the whole assembly.

    Why are you using dikes to pull a cotter pin?!?! Wouldn’t needle nosed plyers be better
