EXACTLY. None of that "YO IT'S YO BOY EATIN SOME RICE AND EGG" and annoying other people. None of the video just showing the person's face. Just a nice and laid back journey that makes you feel like you're along for the ride. He's always respectful of others space as well and no one ever seems to be annoyed that a video is being filmed. I love this channel.

I might be weird but I find it quite relaxing and interesting to watch train journeys 😀 I used to teach children, so of course I was off when the children were or the weekends when I wasn’t doing work. So I only saw shopping malls, trains, stations etc when they were packed. When I stopped teaching it was a revelation, especially because I didn’t need to go anywhere at peak times very often. Monday 2 pm a train journey for a couple of hours was very pleasant. Instead of finishing work, rush to the train station, get on really busy, loud trains. Bliss! I don’t mind the noise of children, but I think it’s the sheer volume of people. The first time I went to the shopping mall in the next city, it was like a ghost town 😂

^ there are lots of Japanese rail fans that record the announcements, some even recreate the overhead panels that display information. on top of my head is Musashino Channel and Yata Tetsu. i play them a few times a week to reminisce my train trips in Japan 😄

I went to Japan last year before the pandemic hit, and my son who lives there, took me to this mall. I saw that food court and I remember feeling overwhelmed as a North american. I had no idea what anything was, or what was good to eat! We ended up eating at the Panda Express on the higher floor. If I ever get back to Tokyo or Divers mall, I'll have to try this!

I personally really enjoy the train ride view. So beautiful and unique in itself.

I loved this video. And the ending with the cherry blossom trees brought tears to my eyes! (I'm a VERY slow eater too :) )

I've been to Diver city a couple of times but never went to the food court. All the food looks delicious! Perhaps an idea to recreate the curry katsu don at home :) I think i would go with the yoshoku plate because I love ebi furai. Now my cofort food is pasta napolitan but as a child it was Chinese food. I hope when we can visit Japan again the cotton candy place is still there. Saya would love it! We always get cotton candy at the summer fair but that has been almost 2 years ago now. The dessert look amazing but not that easy to eat I imagine hahaha

I love the views from train - beautiful. I'd like to see more scenery in Tokyo neighborhoods. I get the feeling that I'm really there. Thank you!!
