De-Rusting at Abiotic Factor on Apocalyptic Difficulty with All Negative Perks

Abiotic Factor is getting its next major content patch Dark Energy on February 4th so this seems like an excellent time to see what's new in early areas and make my way into the new content. So I'll start from scratch on Apocalyptic difficulty with all negative perks again and see how poorly things will go making my way to the end (hopefully I won't run into technical problems towards the end of Crush Depth content again).
Negative perks include reduced XP gain (combat skills can only be trained to basic levels), increased chance to bleed (VERY bad against snipers!), reduced health and stamina, slower healing, higher sleep/hunger/thirst needs, and worst of all increased toilet needs.
I will likely be playing Dark Energy content on my own to update my death compilation before reaching that content in this playthrough due to the number of hours needed to finish everything in Crush Depth (and that's ignoring optional portal worlds like Rise or Canaan). That's probably for the best with a challenge run to have a better idea of what to do than fumbling around blind.
