Ira, as we really don't know what he can do and, at the very least, he would deal with the Unseelie before he dips out. And lastly, the gods there are 2 prominent gods in the fey realm and as far as we know their connection to the fey realm hasn't been effected so mid battle they could help deal with the threat.

I don't think Zathuda let's Fearne get killed. He wants her for his own ends and he doesnt care for Ludinus. I think if push came to shove he teams up with BH if only temporarily
I think her name is spelled like Yu but yeah it makes perfect sense to see her this arc and not the fight being that she works for the unseelie and has ties to the malleus key made over there. This upcoming fight I doubt that she would show up again but, in the arc, there is a high probability.
