Your cache being full can cause a lot of problems and no it won’t delete any save data. Idk if u figured any of this out yet but if u didn’t there u go.

First off you cache is temporary memory stored as files on your hard drive. Simply turning off the system and turning it back on does NOT clear those files. Secondly what he first showed was for DVDs only and will not clear the cache for game files ECT on your Xbox console. If you really want to clear the Xbox of unwanted crap it's best to do a partial reset ie the reset option where you still keep your downloaded games and apps but it clears everything else.

You are a legend. I finished Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 and my Veteran achievement won't unlock but went to the blue-ray tab in Settings then pressed Persistant Storage and my achievement popped straight away.
So what should happen when I do this is my downloads will appear right.I need a required DLC that's free and i downloaded it and it says I downloaded but my XBox doesn't think I have it I guess. kind of blows my mind that the Xbox one x can't even remember if I downloaded a game or not when I clearly did great technology
I seriously don't understand the logic behind unplugging the the cable while the socket is still attached to the outlet. that's literally gonna cause a surge once you plugged in the cable to the device..just remove the dang socket itself
I was trying to download Conan Exiles and it was already going to take forever- but I knew there had to be something wrong with my download speed. Really helped man. It’s still going to take a while but it will be a much more reasonable time now!
My problem is Disney +. When I clear the cache I'm still getting an error code that won't play the show. I've tried Uninstalling the app, clearing cache, unplugging router modem Xbox and TV for 5 mins. Nothing seemed to help. Its really annoying. Even Disney + was like it has to be an Xbox issue

Hi, if your cache is full, can that cause certain games to not load? Also, when you clear your cache, does this erase your profile or any game data?
Your cache being full can cause a lot of problems and no it won’t delete any save data.
