- Contractors Star Wars Battlefront mod has been running Star Wars Battlefront in VR for years, however at some point a Star Wars Battlefront 2 mod was released that added fully working starfighters. The starfighter gameplay is incredible, it's almost like a star wars flight sim taking place over a full battlefront game happening below and I have a feeling this level of funny business won't last long if you know what I mean. Because it's too good to go unnoticed by The Mouse. But then again Galactic Contention for Squad is still up so there is hope. Our only hope... see what I did there? Please comment if you read this, there will be 4 people total who see this.

Droiddekas worked in game for 5 seconds and it was absolutely glorious to spin down the map and deploy shields with gun hands

I want you to carefully read and internalize the fact that I chuckled at "let that sink in", and for this real human being it's going to permanently change the way I think about that phrase, in the same way Randall Munroe has me shifting the hypen on any phrase with "ass" in it (e.g., "Big ass-truck"), and martincitopants has replaced "let us" with "lettuce".

Came out. As in fully complete. Or as complete enough that instead of it being in beta or whatever, it's been done in the development stage so now it's just getting minor tweaks and updates.
@@justsomeguy1136 GC is not fully complete that is untrue, there are big plans ahead. For example Umbara being added soon.

@@justsomeguy1136 I'm not arguing it's out of that stage/getting updates; it's that you backed up that it "came out last year" in a form of a beta, which wasn't right since it's been fully out for nearly half a decade atp. Habie probably confused the ICO update that OWI pushed to Squad around that time which basically overhauled infantry gameplay.

Also note that there are ripoffs of the mod. Clone wars by noenubanks is the original while battlefront vr is a Chinese knockoff. Bfvr is a remake of the original by one of the og modders that went separate ways.
There are no remakes, there are only knockoffs. The codebase was stolen and leaked by one of the modders who had access from the devs and he leaked it and uploaded his own without permission and caused a lot of headaches / bugs for the playerbase. Thats why it was gone.

How to fix your rolly Polly droid:
You have to equip the "perk cards" to be able to roll and have a shield, and you must equip the blasters before deploying from the menu. By default these are set to nothing

I"m the 4th person that read the description and I can confirm the mouse isn't gonna be happy about this one.
all i play in contractors vr (even with bots if its not up) is pmc, its the best hopefully they add vehicles.
Week 78 recommending magitek vr, please play the game its soo fun, its like rumble with earth, wind and fire lets gro-.... water its water. Theres is also a story mode for fire with a earth based challenge section for it and just wait THERES MULTIPLAYER YES its pretty good but its in beta though
