- I unbox the STUKA Ju-87B (by 21st Century Toys/Motorworks) in 1:18 scale . I also show the assembly process. SUBSCRIBE TO SEE MORE!
I just came across a huge collection of 1:18 scale NEW IN BOX 21st century toys, Elite Force, Merit Int/JSI planes and MORE! I will be posting more Unboxing and Assembly videos on this account soon. Some examples of what I have are Hellcat, Stuka (various models), Corsair (various models), TBF Avenger, P-47 (various models), Bf-109 (Various models), Me-109 (various models), FW-190, P-51 (Various models), P-51D Mustang, P-40 (various models) , A6M2 Zero, Dauntless, ME-262, MiG-15bis and much more!!
Those are 25mm flair Gun shells on the pilot’s leg. The shells varied in color and amount of stars.
I have this one hanging in the corner of my bedroom as if it’s diving
thats very cool, I was thinking of hanging up my hellcat and 109 as if they were dogfighting.
@@lefishe2485 that sounds really cool
Either that or you couldn't attach the nose to the ceiling
Lucky
Add a siren to it
Stuka: *dives*
Sherman crew: *primes 50cal*
Literally everyone else: “guess I’ll die”
@Sergio Lance Wait hold up what the shit
Two little fun facts about the Stuka: the sirens in the wheels reportedly annoyed many pilots as they shell were going off when flying but only got louder when diving. And the little arm thing under the belly of the plane was to solve the problem of how to clear the bomb of the propeller so when the pilot drops the bomb that arm swings out and the bomb let’s go. And one of the decals (the one on the hump underneath the engine) seems to signify it belongs to the Waffen SS which were basically hitlers main men soldier group and this is evident as the two Z’s in the “WAZZER” are actually thunderbolts which is what the SS used as the two S’s on their collar patches and also “WAZZER” is actually “WASSER” the two S’s being replaced by the thunderbolts and the reason for it saying “WASSER” is because the hump underneath is actually water and “Wasser” is “Water” in German, and sorry if it’s difficult to understand what I’m saying I sometimes get side tracked when trying to type stuff and it makes my writing all wonky
Good info. Thanks for watching!

That's the reason why I like the ju 87
I was lucky enough to pick one up at an antique store in Florida for about $180. It wasn’t the tropical skin, it was the grey one.
Hey do you know if this model IT's sold in europe or latin América?
This review is great and is my favourite German plane
Love the vids
Wasser = Water - Excellent video and many thanks; Ade, UK
cool desert cammo
If I'm not mistaken, these came out a few years before 25th Anniversary ARAH. If I would have know Hasbro was going to be investing in GI Joe again, I would have bought all of these. Great aircraft representations
The Stuka pilots also use the siren to determine during the dive their speed and according the sound of the siren their altitude to drop and stop the diving course, the stuka models used against enemy tanks for example doesn't have sirens, it becomes useless for staffing...
They use the siren to let tanks know there about to get bombed
Nice Model too but I like to build there more But its ok
I Have three different version's of this Ju87. The one you have here is in the marking's of a Ju87B-2/Trop Serving with III/StG 1 .When removing or putting the wing's on this one make sure they are Angled when inserting or removing...Well Done.
She:e they don’t make them any more

Wasser is water in English
The big bomb is a SC 1000 KG
SC 1000 looks different I think it's a 500

1000lbs bomb
you bought two models why not open them together
@@MilitaryVehicleReviews all right
Great model! A shame that the symbol is not depicted. Will you do unbox of tank models too?
I think the symbol will get him demonized

Where do you find all of these 1/18 scale models
Mainly online I bet, that’s were I get mine
@@rekio.5199 do u buy them from eBay?
@@MilitaryVehicleReviews thanks
Wasser, would have indicated this should have been Ju52/3mW or float plane version - something I guess the Chinese lost in translation while designing. The fuselage bomb ranged from 1,100 pounder to 550 pounder - it looks like kit has the 1,100 pound, bombs on wing 110 pound each. Stuka had an automatic pull out system as back up to crew blacking out due to G forces and an automatic bomb release to drop the bomb as the aircraft was pulling out. That's the blue brace on bomb, it dropped down and released bomb. They were easy targets but built throughout war because they were very effective. Some pilots had spinners taken off as AAA improved. Nice model, still wish they were in business . How in the world do you get these? 😀Look forward to rest of kits you have.
Usualy 500/1000pound
I think wuzzer stands for water and the siren was under the mane body later stukas did not have them because you could not turn them off were knowen to have set piolets crazy
the thumb nail looks awesome!, great video as always
and it could carry 550lb bombs and two110 pound bombs under the wings
@@MilitaryVehicleReviews no problem!
I believed the ju 87 could carry two 250lb bombs and one 500lb
Das sehr gut gemachte Modell unseres Stukas würde ich mir auch sofort kaufen !!!
you have a pilot (goggles) and gunner. the rescue flares are around the gunner's ankle. the pilot should have them too. btw, the Junkers Ju-87 B stuka had only ONE siren, so that is an historical error ( they did not have two). this is a desert stuka from StG2 (stuka geschwader 2) (the 'diving crow' dive bomber wing) so it flew lots of missions over the medditerranean sea and mostly against the RAF. ..there should be swastikas on the rudder for historical accuracy. ammunition cannisters and radio set are in the gunner's compartment. the stuka carried a 500lb main bomb and four 250 lb bombs. wasser means water. oxygen masks were not needed below 10,000 feet. and below 10,00 feet? well, that's where the stuka lived. so why there are oxygen masks with the crew is beyond me...
How could I have this plane for myself
39.84? On the box was the price? I would have figured they cost much more than that!!!
Wasser(not Wazzer) means water in german pronounced Vas-er
I used to spend hours and hours in the 70's putting Airfix kits of aircraft and tanks together and painting them...👍🏻
Do the next one is going to be B-29 Superfortress
Please do a B17 video
If you ever get the chance see the real Ju-87 at RAF Hendon it's massive, a real beast! 👍
I would love to see one in real life. I have gotten to see some really cool World War II aircraft though.
Where do you buy at?
Very cool, great camo.
The bomb size is 400 kg bomb.
I had one that was gas powered and held by cables to fly it around in a circle back in the '60s it also drops the bomb and the pilot parachutes out of it
It was probably a Cox Model
I have one to, a black stuka 😎
@@MilitaryVehicleReviews it was a Cox model they also had mustangs and p-40s and all kinds of war birds back in the '60s
What is the cost in US $ for it ??
I Love the stuka
@@MilitaryVehicleReviews the Messersmith good!
I just gave away the Stuka with the desert camouflage, great looking model, good video
Une maquette pour faignant lol
The camo on that stuka makes it look like a Ju-87 R2. Nice video by the way!! I also have a request. May you unbox an A-10 or an f-22?? If not its alright! Love your content!
Even though these 1/18 planes are considered "toyish" by the scale model fraternity, they are easy to disassemble and scratchbuild every micro-detail to your hearts content.
I originally bought my first one (D-day U.S navy VCS-7 observation spitfire), to do just that. Then I found out how rare it was. It went straight back in the box. As they all have!
The real beauty of all these 1/18 planes though- is in the vision of the original model designer/ painter at 21st Century Toys. He was a real military aviation buff and talented scale modeller. This is why they all look so much more realistic than "just a toy", and why each paint scheme is actually historically correct.
I like to build it all
@@garethjones7725 Hobby Boss has got you covered then. They have all the Merit 1/18 planes, helicopter and armour moulds for kit builders.
Too bad it wasn't the Stuka Ju-87G model, the tank-buster version made famous by tank-killer ace, Captain Hans Rudel. The Ju-87G tank-buster version was the most impressive. A large pod containing a 37mm cannon attached under each wing. A long barrel protruded ahead from each gun pod. Each 37mm semi-automatic cannon pod held only ten 37mm shells apiece. But in the hands of an experienced Stuka pilot, could destroy a number of Soviet Red Army T-34 tanks, striking the thin top, side, and rear armor. To help reduce overall weight, the wing-mounted, 7.92 x 57mm machine guns were removed or never installed in the G model. The G model retained the rear defensive gunner. The Ju-87G was deadly enough, but it needed to operate in an aerial combat environment where there was at least parity between the combatants. As the Soviets wrested aerial dominance from the Germans, the Ju-87G suffered higher losses and at some point disappeared from the Russian skies. It didn't matter by that point because the June 1944 Soviet Operation Bagration succeeded in expelling the Wehrmacht completely from Soviet territory by late September of that year. The Luftwaffe replaced the Ju-87 with an armored, ground-attack version of the Focke-Wulf 190, the A-8 version which mounted two, 30mm cannon in the wing roots. All the extra armor, however, reduced the FW-190A-8 top speed to about 360 mph. But this was not considered a problem for a ground attack aircraft.
I think the big bomb is a 250kg bomb and the others are maybe my guess 50kg bombs, but damn that must be awesome to have!!
This Stuka Ju-87B model was quite capable of destroying Soviet Red Army tanks with its small bombs. Stuka pilots reserved the main, large bomb for primary targets. Many Stuka Ju-87B pilots became quite proficient at destroying Russian tanks with the wing-mounted bombs. In fact, when the Ju-87G, 37mm cannon-armed Stuka made its initial appearance, the existing Stuka pilots viewed it as redundant because bombs usually destroyed Russian tanks. Even a strike near a tank could overturn it or damage the tracks and bogie wheels. Still, the immediate huge success of tank buster pilots like Hans Rudel quickly convinced everyone the 37mm cannon Stuka was a great anti-tank weapon.
Wow , great assembling kit Stuka diving bomber , at 1/18 scale . The airplane is fantastic and the details are awesome . The camo and paint are amazing and the airplane have a lot of features including the two pilota figures . Thank you for sharing this great video , my friend !👏👏👏🏆🥇👍
The stuka carried a 500lb bomb later during the end of war they quit painting the swasticker due to material shortages.
The SWASTIKA is prohibited in Germany, which now probably means the EU as far as model kits go. Kits will sometimes come without them altogether, or as two-piece decals that don't look like the emblem separately. The centerline bomb was, to be precise, 250kg or 550lb.
I looked up photos of the Arado 234 jet bomber, one of the very latest German planes to be built and to see combat, and they had swastikas on the fin, so I'm puzzled by the claim that they were eliminated late in the war.
@@carmium the swaskita always on the tails .
@@treerat7631 Yes, on the fin or vertical stabilizer.
Oxygen masks were normally superfluous for Stuka pilots as they operated their aircraft below 10,000 feet. The masks would be helpful when Stukas were transiting from one location to another at higher altitudes. Sometimes special missions might call for flying at higher altitudes. But typically for ground attack missions over the battlefield, the Stukas flew in low at just few thousand feet. Pilots needed to spot enemy ground targets readily, something not possible at 10,000 feet or higher.
Look awesome. That toy model seem really more details than World Peacekeeper. I love collecting world peacekeepers 1/6 figures. Btw the assemble parts remind me of Elite Force Mi24 Hind. I used to have the hind when I was 12.
That is a one-thousand pound bomb, although the weight is normally expressed in kilograms. I stated the Allied equivalent in pounds. The British were still using pounds and ounces in weight measurements during WW2.

Thanks for sharing!! Great plane and great model!!!!
What doeswazzer mean there nice plane cool desert camo
It's actually "Wasser" and means water. As this is the tropical version it is plausible that you would find this inscription somewhere on the plane, much less plausible though is that they use Runen to represent the double S. As this is too much connected with "the" SS, the Schutzstaffel.
$35.49 not bad.....
On Ebay some are selling for more than $400 today.
Man I wanted one of these so bad years ago when you could find them on ebay but never got around to buying one. The Stuka is my favorite WW2 plane, it looks so rugged, like the A-10's ancestor.
Awesome finds. Great additions to your collection. Outstanding video and presentation.
Good model ⭐

Bomb is sc1000
I hafe seen that plane in real life it was loud and fun I am pointing this on my birthday list for shaw
This plane is a nazi dive bomber a tactical AKA "front line" bomber the two types are the Tactical "frontline" bombers and strategic "heavy only" bombers like the B17 Flying fortress, the B29 Superfortress, the B24 Liberater, the top secret B2, the Deadly B.O.N.E (I like the nickname), the Bri'i'ish Lancaster and other Bombers that are BRI'I'ISH, The oldest bomber the B-52 Stratofortress or the "Buff" the Big. Ugly. Fat. Fellow (a family friendly version of the B.U.F.F)

Es increíble de ver como estos juguetes son lo suficientemente robustos como para ser juguetes y lo suficiente detallados como para ser modelos de colección,just amazing
Hey grandpa look what i just got
Gradpa - Dunkirk flash back
I tried & tried to get the wings in. Even heated them trying to soften the plastic, still no success. Finally trimmed off the bottom wing tab and that worked as I was now able to insert the wings. I would be hesitant to buy another stuka version as they are expensive and I don't want to risk the chance of breaking it.
I'm surprised that they didn't make the b-17,b24,b25,or the b29 but I can understand why
The Stuka was a great ground attack and support fighter. It was his feared in its day as the A-10 is today. the problem is Hitler wanted it used as a dog fighter against other planes thank God Hitler was so stupid his piss poor decisions lead us to victory as much as our good decisions.
Если бы он летал.
Very beautiful model indeed!
Do you use a certain website to buy these or do you use eBay
i dont know but im curious
Ebay is probably the only place left to find one at an almost affordable price (or private sellers). Merit 1/18; (AV-8, FW190A, ME 262, F86, SBD Dauntless) can still sometimes be found new at around 200-300 USD, Flight Wings 1/18; (Mig 15, P51 Mustang, TBF Avenger) still available around 110 USD.
As for the rest- all unavailable for the past 15+ years...but they're all still out there... somewhere- and there's at least 35 different types...
The Guy with the angry face is the gunner and the guy with the goggles is the pilot . Amazing toy this I've got the one with the dog symbol on the side .
Thanks from Spain
I wish I would had this toy long ago to keep this was my favorite of all them!!!!
