I watched it when it came out and 4 weeks later I use it every day to help solve problems I've been having all my life up until now. Never has a video been such a great impact on my life. @@ClassicTor At the time I wrote that comment it think it was 1 minute, but then I found a better technique through a youtube video so the way I do it now is i hold a very light strecth for 15 to 30 seconds and then extend into a deeper stretch for another 30 seconds. This way you can get deeper into a stretch and your flexibility develops quicker.

Stretching needs to be featured in workouts, it's the most important part of working out, we lose flexibility as we age stretching will help stall that process, therefore working out for mobility for our later years is important, stretching is what I specialize in.

I am into weightlifting/bodybuilding, and I read even Bill Pearls books on the subject and many others, old and new, and there is nothing even close to your quality... just basic stretches... I knew about warming up (joints and muscles) movements since I trained wrestling as a teenager, and I knew how to do basics.. but this is PURE GOLD! And us bodybuilders that are filming for TH-cam (I started three weeks ago and did not miss one meal, or one day of training.. my philosophy is different and yours, only mass and strength, but your video helped me a lot) and spending time editing the videos and sitting in front of the computer... For us, this is a life savior! You made a really big difference in my life right now... As I watched the video, I paused and did 80% of the stretches, those that I can do (I weigh over 300 pounds - 140 kilograms), and for me, this kind of exercise is vital! THANK YOU! We do most of these in hatha yoga. I'm 55, have been doing these 3 times a week for 5 years and can honestly say that they transformed my body. So thank you for putting them out there. Great stuff! Though you might not get there initially, with practice everything is possible! They improve your life on every level. So be patient, be consistent and be passionate!
I'm as inflexible as an elephant 🐘. My goal to be more flexible began yesterday doing these very stretches, and I intend to do them 3 times weekly. If I'm still an elephant 🐘 in 5 years, I will be back here to have words with you 😉

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
Very effective I feel much better after my workout. I did a few of them and they worked like a genius. My back feels so much better and I dont feel lower body pain as much as I did before. I love stretching and these are amazing.
This is a great compilation. Bikram, the man, deservedly has a bad reputation but if you've ever practiced Bikram yoga it includes so many of these stretches.
2:51 I used to suffer from a lot of pain and this stretch cured me completely! I discovered it in another video and it totally works if you have tendon pain
I'm a huge fan of dancing, and in a lot of Choreographies I learn, and in a lot of Improvisation you need to be flexible. I am guy myself, born with very limited stretch-ability so I thought I should start doing these stretches to improve my flexibility. I'll update this in a while to see if this works for me. Prior to doing these stretches, I felt I had only 50% mobility of my body due to tightness in my back. Now after a week of doing them I feel like my mobility is up to 75% and my pain has dropped drastically.

Fion Barret just be really consistent, stretch near daily without a focus on holding the stretches for a long time. Around 10-30 seconds each stretch daily or every two days and you will see great improvement. Eventually you can go into deeper stretches if you wanted to.
