E-Jae Pak Mor brings authentic Thai street food to Seattle

  • Thai street food is deceptively simple. Dishes are often cooked in a matter of minutes, yet the process of preparing them takes time and immense effort.
    "Behind the street food, the sauce, the steps before you put it on the plate, that's the secret," said Pum Yamamoto, chef and co-owner of E-Jae Pak Mor.
    At E-Jae Pak Mor, Yamamoto and co-owner Tom Yalodom are serving up a concise menu of street food staples. Dishes that are common in Thailand, yet tough to find here in the States.
