Hi Elise! Pinocchio was a marionette type of puppet! My favorite would be the 7 Dwarves! My dear Dad took me to see it as a reward for getting my tonsils out! That was when I was about 5, and I am almost 70 - such a precious memory!

Thanks for another wonderful episode, there were so many adorable patterns. My favourites from Disney weren’t featured, but I suspect that you would have to do many Disney episodes to fit in all the wonderful characters. I’m a huge fan of Winnie the Pooh & all his gorgeous friends. I’ve yet to make one, but there are so many great patterns available for them.

I do love his designs. While I do crochet amigurumi and am fond of my crochet work, I am mainly a knitter and prefer the look of the stitches in knitting. Alan Dart’s work is precious, indeed!

I love that a lot of the old Alan Dart patterns were published in magazines like Simply Knitting magazine for free way back when. You can research or get back issues and load up on Alan Dart patterns. They are priceless!

I loved this video. My sister and I were privileged enough to live in Florida when Disney World opened, 51 years ago. Although I love all Disney characters, my all-time favorite is and always will be Lady and the Tramp. I am a huge lover of dogs.

Wow 🤩 this was awesome 👏 I LOVE DISNEY! My all time favorite is the classic Mickey , so I did see him in the knitted section. When I was in primary school I was told I looked like Snow White 😂 by one of my classmates. So I should make Snow White one of these days. But I absolutely love Eeyore well all the Winnie the Pooh cast.

Smee is the pirate in the knit Peter Pan set. And someone else said it, but Pinocchio is a marionette. Though he is referred to as a puppet, too, because a marionette is a type of puppet.
I've made a few Disney dolls, but it was back before I knew about using wooden dowels in the necks, so they suffer floppy neck syndrome. But I made Rapunzel, Ariel, Jasmine, Merida, Elinor, Anna, and Elsa. And I do have a more current one I'm working on that is ballgown Belle. She's a crochet base, but the dress is made of material and I'm directly sewing it onto the doll. (Weird to try and describe, so I'll instagram you a pic when I can.)

My favorite Disney is Pinocchio and right now I am working on a mosaic blanket and a scrap blanket and if you could crochet one thing for the rest of your life what would it be and what type of yarn would you used for that project and i love Disney movies 🎬

Thank goodness this video didn't focus on the Disney animals. I've always preferred the animal based movies of Disney such as The Lion King or The Junglebook. This way it was easy to pass on the crocheted human characters. Please, never make a video on Disney animals. I would definitely suck at this one and add a ton to my list to crochet. 🙈
