Great video! Thanks. Would love to see a video explaining more about microgreens and how to grow them. I grow sprouts but have never grown microgreens.
When you harvest you microgreens, what do you do with the remaining pot of seeds, roots, and compost? Discard into the compost heap or do some sprout back?
Some seeds are a one-time thing, like sunflowers, which are crunchy and salty. Peas - if you cut them just above the base nodes, you may get some side shoots. Some of them are trial and error. 😊
@Geri WithAnl. Sometimes I can get a second harvest from the seeds that were shorter and slower to germinate, but most of the time it is just easier to compost and start over
But are the seeds the same or different? What I mean is do you use the same seeds just grow them different or totally different seeds too? (Because that would the forth difference lol)

Hello
@@CynthiaMary-vh1uq howdy
micro greens can be grown hydroponically on a screen too. Jeb gardener has a great video on it.
I can eat my micro greens on day 5. They are about 2-3 inches tall and delicious!
What is the difference in nutrients for the same seeds between the processes.
Usually the microgreens become more nutrient dense
Thank you so much, videos are outstanding
I always wondered which seed is better over the diff growing methods
No one seed is better... Just different! :-)
Just goes to prove the convenience between the two
Anyone know if, once microgreens are cut, the sprouted seeds are good to eat - or good for anything more besides compost? TY
GOOD VIDEO

So which one has the most sulforaphane and/or nutrients?
Microgreens
