Have you played the first Challengers before? Was really hoping you were going to get into some of the differences in card abilities and mechanics that separate Beach Cup from its predecessor. This game’s target market is large groups and families of different generations. Our family loves it as our 7 year old can win against me and his grandparents.
Imagine playing Slay the Spire but your only decision is choosing the card you get at the end of the combat. That is what Challengers offer you in term of decision.
It's clearly not for you. My family love it, my social game group love it. Thankfully we all like different styles of games. Maybe be a little more curious as to why people like it, rather than so judgmental.
@@timmaddams1093 people like it because they were told to by the powers that be. You can also flip a dice and first one to 6 wins, bet you'll like that
@@nope7832since you spent too much judging instead of seeing for how it opts to be, you do have to build a deck and see how it works out. Sure its not deep but *gasps* there are people who just wants to observe how their choices work out instead of playing a heavier game where they have to be involved in every step of the game. This opinion comes from a guy who doesnt even like autobattlers without the need to be an all-knowing smartass.

Awesome review as always, you made it very clear and now I know this is not a game for me😅
Glad I could help you decide :)
As an autobattler addict, buying this is a no brianer hahah
Cant wait for the delivery day
Enjoy it 🙂
Jeah remove 20 red card for 20 green card is a real pain to do?!?
The lack of agency makes this a hard pass for me. I hope it finds its audience, if that audience exists.
Sure it exists. I love this game. It was a huge hit in every game group of mine even though we usually play heavy games.
@@BubiTH-camI’m glad you love it!!!
