Make your sessions realistic

This week we look at making sure that our coaching sessions are as realistic as humanly possible! So if your player only plays doubles, then you should solely focus on doubles tactics and scenarios and the same for singles. If they play both then perfect, you can have a mix of both but make it clear with your player what you are doing today!
How to do this, play more points and lots more rallying based exercises to give them lots of variety which they will face in matches! This means straying away lots of basket feeding!
This video is mostly around beginners and improvers but you can implicate this in any level of tennis player!
