Check with your state. I checked with New Hampshire and Florida. Both allow interstate sales through state law. I looked at the actual current laws, and checked with the licensing offices. A lot has changed recently because of Covid.

yes you can but you may need a kitchen incubator as they are called they offer a business service that will allow you to run business FROM the kitchen

no shipping food over state lines on these sites is not legal you can under lic. B ship within the state
Hello I would really love your help, I just got brand registry on Amazon now I want to sell cookies I make my self and sell them on Amazon I listen to your video and I think Florida may be the exception cause I was reading the food and cottage law and it says starting in 2021, they may deliver their products by mail order, including across state lines, and there’s no permit or inspection needed as long as I’m selling Shelf-Stable Foods cookies are on the list so in your opinion can I sell my cookies on Amazon ? Thank you !
yes youc an I have an amazion business for my bakery for 10 years I have been on Amazon selling cookies all over the U.S. they dont need to be shelf stable BUT it helps

I have an individual I was trying to help - she is facing some struggles in her business in Houston/Missouri City. I felt she had a good niche Mature, a Woman of color that is a Pitmaster, but she is struggling. I thought reaching out to companies she uses to run her business could be a source to sponsor or at least highlight on their platform. Thanks in advance
Does she have an Instagram account? I would suggest that she post images of her food and her using or wearing the company's products. Follow the company's page and tag them. Grow the account organically by asking family, friends, and fans to follow her across all social media platforms. Use a QR code generator so that she can post it and make it simple for people to follow and like her posts. Make sure that all of her social media links stay updated. There are so many books on IG marketing and branding. Look for free ebooks online to expand your knowledge base.
