Oh. I am in awe. I love the design of New Orleans homes. So unique!

Beautiful I can hear New Orleans in your voice. My elderly aunt moved away from NOLA 50 years ago. I can still hear NOLA in her voice too!

For that price tag, it needed a pool with a Jacuzzi. Also a closed in garage.

Was probably nice at one time I know the more modern look attracts people but to me detracts from the beauty of those older homes the outside (gorgeous)

Very nice. The bedroom without a window cannot be called a bedroom. No access outside if there was a fire. Plus a full bathroom is toilet, sink, tub and shower. Must be 4 piece to be called a full bathroom. Having said that, they are very nice.

Softer shoes needed, but you have a true "knack" for what you're doing! Best Wishes!

Would have been better if the same floors would have been carried through. It's not cheap, but possible to do. The flooring in that kitchen area is already dated.

sorry - but the staging of that house SUCKED!!! Also, did you hear ho wloud that A/C was? you could hear it as it buzzed from inside 2 of those bedrooms up stairs. The twin bed room and the master upstairs. Also one of the rooms didn't even have a window. for one million plus dollars that home just isn't worth it. Oh and also very little outdoor space and in the back you could hear the A/C unit. again. I did like the from porch and that was it.

@@robinmartz9052 here are my observations in regards to the staging: there is a brown sofa oddly placed along the wall in the dining room. That dining room table is completely the wrong scale for that size room and its plane and dull. Into the living room : there is a sofa with its back in the dining room and its front in the living room. Why would anyone do that? Its looks really bad. Then into the kitchen you have those two white chairs which anyone can see don't belong in a home and especially not where there placed and there scale is also wrong. the stools along the kitchen counter -- they are way to low. Now i understand you can probably raise those stools - so why didn't the stager do that? Are they feeding midgets in this house? In the breakfast nook the kitchen table is rectangular? Really? Who puts a rectangular table in what is clearly a square space - its the wrong table for that space. I'm going to only mention one thing about the hideous decor on the second floor. The DRAPES!!!!!! Who would frame those windows with flimsy see through cloth hung by those hideous curtain bars? The curtains are not the right lengths nor are they even the right colors. So much else on the second floor is wrong but I don't have time to type it all out.
Now for what is wrong with the place itself. Sure the finishes are nice and the wood floors are original BUT there is so much wrong with the physical structure to pay over 1 million dollars for it. The attic style bedroom would be impossible for a regular size human to live in you would have to constantly tilt your head plus the room is just odd with its windows and closets in unusual places. But I could forgive that because of the exterior demands that the space be that way. But to me then that room becomes useless because of all the low angles etc., and my god I just wanted to rip those drapes down! ugh! Then there's the bedroom with no window. Who wants to sleep in there? Definitely not me.
Then here is the worst part those two huge A/C units are on the roof completely ruining that balcony and I could hear those A/C units making noise even from inside the house imagine if I was outside on the balcony right next to them? "How's your coffee, darling" I would say then my wife would say "what I can't hear you with this A/C rumbling in my ears"? See what I mean? I could never sleep to all that mechanical noise - never, nunca, and I suppose most other human being would hate mechanical noise while they were sleeping too.
And finally, the reason they put those A/C units on the roof is because there was barely any outdoor space!
There are my reasons why I said what i said. For that price I wouldn't want all those things that are wrong. And I would never higher that stager again ;)
