this is my car in coupe, i love it and repaired all its needed to be bullet proof !
in theory u can make it reliable but not bullet proof. both me and my wife have 1 123d each, both coupes. engine wise u cant make it strong enough to handle more the 260hp. Basicly unless its stock its a time bomb. not even speaking about chain. its a 4 cilinder wich pushes 200hp with a oil pump aluminium case being used as the block base reinforcment . Also the needle rollers on the balance shaft are a huge NONO they spin twice the speed of the engine so imagine... u can delete them but still wont last more then 200k km or 300
50.000km later or one N47 timing chain later 🤣

Please measure! Did You measure old friction plates? What is the difference im thickness? Great stuff!
Yes, we mwasured them. 1.4mm thickness, which means they lost 0.1 mm per side.
Hehe I think it will outlast my diff in my E82 135i with 562hp and 819nm torque, was installed 4 weeks ago and its working great so far
Hello i got an e91 330d stage 3 , can the LSD handle all the hp and torque?
I have it in may kadett e. But with the 3 l v6 swap i need more 😅
Habs jetzt 5000 km in meinem E39 528i und fahre bisher ohne Probleme.
Das einzige was mich etwas stört ist dass ich eine höhere Sperrwirkung erwartet habe.
Ansonsten eine gute Investition gerade im Bezug auf den Preisvergleich zu anderen Diffsperren ist das Conversion Kit meiner Meinung nach eine solide Alternative.
Sie sagen 25%, ist es deines Gefühls nach weniger?

How much for one for a e46 320d? Would it make both wheels spin doing donuts? And is it like running a welded diff or a limited slip diff? If its like a limited slip diff id be interested in getting one

It will work smoothly as an open diff. This is the whole point of the product 👍🏻

My differential housing cracked after 6 months with this kit (the metal pin included in the kit snapped in half, and a big crack was formed on the housing where the plug should be hammered in). NGL this kit DOES give some confidence. It works, but sadly not for a long time. And seals are trash leaked instantly leading to extra service money ))) use Corteco. Hey Racingdiffs can you send me a spare pin and new round plates so I can continue using it? ))

End of donut, hence the diff is not meant to be locked still. Its not a welded diff
Exactly. That was our point to show. We could have removed this. But then someone would comment it is a fake and it's welded diff.
