Thanks for an actual installation video.. I was wondering how to tighten it before I purchased it.. The bottom is hollow🤦.. I'm sure that alot of people didn't know that👌
Hey, just wanted to say thank you. This was super helpful. I struggled with this and was cursing the Picatinny gods for falling out of favor compared to M-LOK, but this took my Magpul piece of plastic and turned it into a proper vertical foregrip. I still have a little trouble tightening one of them, but I think I’ll get it.
In case anyone did this: make sure not to push DOWN onto the screw head when tightening it to the nut while in the install position. I kept tightening it fine, but putting too much downwards pressure makes the nut stay put, apparently. When I just gently rotated it into position, the nuts would rotate accordingly and lock into place! Cheers, thanks for the video. Stupid easy, yet finnicky.
I just purchased a Magpul MLOK MVG vertical grip but it only has one hole and 2 raised notches, one on each side. Haven't tried to install yet. Hoping it works as well as this!
Still can’t figure it out my gf figured it out but I have no clue even watching this video I just keep twisting right for 30 minutes and nothing tightens
While I do appreciate the video, it really is unnecessarily long. This video could have been 2 minutes at the most. It was way to much unnecessary rambling which is why the video was over 15 minutes long. But seriously thank you.
One point will be fairly secure but Im not aware of magpul switching to one only. Any grip attachment should have two considering the nature of it as a grip and how much contact it makes with barriers/ surfaces. Seems like one will COULD get wobbly but the surface area and torque at one point is not that weak

1000000000% on point. I tried doing it before watching anything and couldn’t figure it out. Watched this and it became obvious. So helpful.
The tool that he is using is a hex key 1/8.

Pic and mlok, both essential and blessed by the gun gods.
Ill have a shorter version of a tutorial with all ways to make it a smooth install.
@@VictoryLapME I definitely agree with that…now!
Thank you, I was failing to understand how this system works, and your video explains/shows it the best.
Just installed the same exact grip on the same exact LWRC, thank you for your helpful video
Thank you so much!! This helped me 1000% man you’re awesome!!

Thanks I was about to use the mlok rail but was scared of scratches but got my handstop installed lookin good
Thank you! Got it installed. My brain was confused on how to tighten it lol
Nice straight forward install and explanation, thanks for the help.
A camera man a gunner does not make😂😂😂
Thanks a bunch extremely helpful. Works for the Sig Tread system also.
"One tool job" can also be said for Picatinny rail accessories as well. All you need is a screwdriver lol!
Pic rail QD mounts make it 0 tool and Mlok has no QD option. Point is Mlok always seems to get the best of some new to it and a tool is needed.
Good tutorial homie 🔥
Much help down to the T ! Thanks Boss
Thank you so much this was the most helpful video I found !

Does anyone know how to remove it ? i might have tightened it to much now I cant remove my grip . Sos
Take your hex and back it off. It’ll loosen up and should come off as easily and it went on
this is pretty much impossible without that 1/8 LONG hex key.. im buying one to avoid the headache of trying to finagle it
I got the screws in but then it seems like i don't have the right wrench to screw it in....🤦♂️ gonna get a long 1/8th wrench
T handle hex key set. About $15 on Amazon
@@iokepa611 nvm, i had the right wrench. and i have my magpul vertical foregrip on now
@@BlueFusion2910 good to know. I have 2 grips coming in the mail to put on my AR. Angled and straight. Take care. Amazing what you can learn on TH-cam
