Local farmer gave me some lamb hearts wasn’t sure exactly what to do with them until I stumbled across Prisils Channel I have just made this today and it is absolutely delicious I couldn’t get Kashmiri chilli powder so I substituted with paprika and normal chilli powder it wasn’t quite as red as Prisils more of a browny red colour but the flavours were fantastic Mr Prisil great job and I am looking forward to trying more of your recipes 👌
