The onley differends with orginal ecu and the Malossi 5512875 ditech to carb special ecu have max 15000 rpm and original ecu max 9700 rpm so next month i gonne by the malossi ecu with 15000 rpm
I had exactly the same water trap on my piaggio purejet. After mounting i saw that it cranked a lot longer until it starts. Pressure is build very fast and is rock steady 4.5 bar. Beside the starting I saw a very big spluttering at 6500 rpm even bigger than without water trap. It seems that everything is tight and no air leaks. I am fighting with this spluttering for some time now... 5 types of spark plugs, water trap, semisynth oil, cleaned the injection system for water. The last checks i would like to do are compression test, air pressure again and visual inspection of the compressor, gasoline pressure, change the orings and teflon ring from the injector. Do you know if those engines are sensitive to false air from the crank seals?
Yes they are very sensitive.please remove the Vario and check the crankshaft seal. Also please check the compression when the engine is warm and compare it with the compression when the engine is cold.
Today i have build a carb on my ditech, i have lock the tps on 1.5 volts then the ignition works fine with orignal ecu haha bud i can build it in 2 hours back to ditech bud i wanne try it and it works good haha Tomorrow i make a video auto wheelie,s ;)
Did anyone knows why my engin check dosent light if i turn the key on? Im pretty sure my fuelpump is gone and i ordered a refurbished one but is that also combined with engine check?
@@petesgarage4670 could a fuse be the problem or is it rly possible that the bulb does not work what fuses should be installed? It is an 7,5 and a 10A installed it seems to small but i cant find whats the right ones and i dont think that a to small fuse make such problems :D
@@robinklein5924 there is a small fuse box in the battery compartment but I don‘t think that this is causing the problem. What happens if you turn on the ignition? no light ? no pumping sound?
Nice!!!
looking good man, happy new year 🎉
thanks man. See you in 2022 👍🏻

You NEED to use FULLY syntetic oil with Ditech. So change that shit right away before you worry about everything else.

good job 👍🏻 well done

maybe just check the bulb first before ordering the pump😉👍🏻
@@petesgarage4670 but the bulb couldnt be the only problem? I dont think that the pump only works if the bulb is lighting
@@robinklein5924 of course not but the injection check bulb will always go on if you turn on the ignintion
