- Welcome back to another top 10, today let's go over infamous Jedi Master Coleman Trebor. This Jedi could have ended Count Dooku's reign in one swift strike, had Jango Fett not been there to stop him. While Coleman was proficient in form 3 Soresu, he wasn't able to deflect Jango's shots. Jango's blasts were not just random blaster fire, they were well targeted and precise shots to strategic places, one to the left, one to the right, and then the final blow, opening up his killing blow by setting up his shots. Jango was next level. There was a reason he was the Clone Trooper template.

I like how Star Wars has so much backstories on everyone there can be 10 facts about Coleman Trebor when he only had like a second of screen time and half of it was him dead and falling off a balcony.

@@saintmt.3377in that particular scene, Dooku was the metaphor for Obi-Wan, since he was standing at a high ground. Coleman was the one who had to jump, so he was metaphorically Anakin.
I love that the Star Wars community just decided to make this character who had 30 seconds a folk hero in lore

Dinosaurs and star wars were my two favorite things growing up as a kid, so easy to say, even having very little screen time, he was always one of my absolute favorites!

Both Trebor and Windu failed to kill Dooku.

I've been watching star wars theory for years, he has gotten mr through tough times and still brings me joy to see when he uploads, I think him and generation tech should collaborate that would be really cool

According to the original run of the official Star Wars fact file, Coleman Trebor was also skilled in Force Stealth and it was this ability that allowed him to sneak up on Dooku in the Geonosis arena. Dooku appears to be genuinely caught by surprise as we see his hand drop to his lightsaber, however Jango Fett was able to react much faster.

I used to play the mobile Star Wars card battle game called Star Wars Force Collection. Coleman Trebor was by far the most common card the game liked to give me. He became an unofficial favorite character b/c of it.

They did him so dirty, he was a high council member and a master but died so easily to jango also getting like 5 seconds on screen including him walking past kenobi and sitting in the back of the council.

@Star Wars Theory I just got to say the videos you post, and how well you explain star wars changes a lot of not just how I think about star wars but also everyone else. In my opinion your stories about how people bugged you for loving star wars as a kid are quite inspiring. The videos you make, whether it be the vs series, or even the what if theory videos are top notch great. Sometimes I even wish some of them were true. I wish people would sponsor you and give you the money to create little movies of vs series or the what if theories. It would be so awesome if you were able to create a mini movie of for example if anikan never turned to the dark side. Little movies like that would be so cool. It would give everyone who imagines seeing that, become a reality in a video. I just got to say you do such a great job and I’m happy that you turned to TH-cam. I’ve definitely seen other channels but yours is the best in my opinion. Not trying to undermine anyone else. You just do such a great job.
