Recreating the original levels in high fidelity is one thing. But you showed here an amount of beautiful creative ideas that matches perfectly the BK universe. It's more than impressive to me! It left me with an unbareble itch to play this right now

The most painful part of replaying Tooie is hearing Grunty say the "just wait till Banjo Threeie" line. What I wouldn't give for Rare to go back home and reestablish that reputation as a GOAT game developer.
Rare is swimming on their Sea of Thieves success, which was just dumb luck and perseverance. They hadn't really made a good game for ages, and I doubt they could create a Banjo Threeie even if they wanted to. The talent from those days is long gone. Just look at the guys who created Yooka Laylee as an hommage ... even they weren't able to catch the "spirit" and instead went "we need this to be bigger and more expansive". It was just a cheap imitation. I'd just be happy with a competent remaster of the first (and maybe second one), not a remake, for PC...
Im a 28 year old guy and the thought of banjo 3 releasing almost makes me cry. This is, to this day, my favorite game of all time and it is really special to me
Who knows we all may be blessed with another banjo game one day…. It would be a damn right shame if they gave up on such a memorable character and game!

Thanks for watching and hope you enjoyed a glimpse into what Project Dream’s ‘Banjo-Threeie’ could look like! It’s also noted this will be the final video for Project Dream, I can’t thank everyone enough for coming along the journey of remastering one of the greatest games of all time... I’m glad this series brought back a little bit of nostalgia to everyone who played the game!
What originally started out as only wanting to post a single trailer quickly turned into wanting to produce a whole ‘Remastered’ series highlighting each level with an orchestrated soundtrack made by Dark-Grunt. It’s incredible to think the channel has gotten 2.1 Million views & 16k subscribers in the space of a year! It’s clear there is still a massive appetite for BK.. So who knows what’s in store for these two into the future!

As someone who just turned 30, I still am as close to this game as I was when I was 8. At this point. I'm convinced the great memories will continue with me my entire life. I feel very fortunate I was able to find this game so early on in life!

I remember playing this game when it came out. I don't remember how old I was, but all I know is that I have been waiting for years for the third installment. I am now in my early 30s. The thought of this still being a possibility is enough to make me cry.

the guys left at rare or new staff probably doesnt care about banjo kazooie. they probably know it would be a gold mine if done rightm thats the thing, rare would fail in an attempt to create a game like this nowadays

@@mikehunt2015 That was originally some other game they slapped BK characters on. Rare actually got about 70% done making BK 3 and then when they showed Microsoft Execs a demo presentation, they all looked bored and were on their phones. Then cancelled it… I wish I could find the article, this is just what I remember from an old interview over a decade ago.

@@projectdreamstudio Certainly did! It was released in 1998 in July, and I played it and BT to exhaustion. Ever since Stop N Swop got uncovered, The fascination often came back for another playthrough. You captured my vision of a third one before N&B perfectly. The violins at the end was like a caleidoscope of childhood flashbacks!💛
Absolutely brilliant!! I played the original back in 1998 when I was 15 and Banjo-Threeie would make me cry tears of joy if it ever game out as a playable game!
This may sound cheesy but it never fails to see any form of Banjo-Kazooie media come in any shape and form and you can still feel the childhood magic and nostalgia still holding strong. Even if this was just to show what we could possibly have makes me happy I played the games in the past and if they ever do make another game I hope it can be just as important to future generations. Thank you for this.

I just introduced my five year old daughter to the original Banjo Kazooie and she loves it. It’s so awesome to be able to share this with her and seeing you bring it to life is something I didn’t expect to be so excited about haha. Great work all around!

I remember i told HMK about the possibility of banjo and kazooie being in smash bros at supercon around 2012-2014 and he didn’t know who they were, where we are
This video reignited the excitement I felt after Grunty promised to return in threeie. I was only a kid when I played these games but I still love them to this day. Banjo Kazooie was what started my interest in gaming. Thank you for sharing your work with us and allowing us to revisit the world of BK once again.

I am born at 90, so i was a kid when i used to play Banjo kazooie 64 for the Nintendo. This game is made one of a century. This beloved levels especially for kids with such a Sense for special lovly detaille. Just amazing

in 1998 or even in 1999, playing this title, the graphic design made a staggering impression. Something that could not be seen on PlayStation, extensive levels without fog, no pixelated textures. Now it's just a reminescence, a memory

I’m a 13 year old Kid, I know it’s pretty weird, but I started playing this game back when I was 3-4 years old in 2012. I didn’t know anything, just pushing random buttons. But when I got to an older age, I finished the 1st and 2nd game, and even got the Easter eggs. At this point, I had a very deep and inner connection with the game itself. The downs, and ups, the raging moments and the happy moments, my favorite level was click clock wood (not sure if I wrote it correctly) it was the last level and brought throwbacks of the previous levels and characters. I miss this game, and really hope they add a third version without any drastic changes. This, is how Rare and it’s development team makes games, rare and majestic. A toast, and cheers, to whatever may occur in the future related to Banjo Series and Rare. Thank you.

36 year old here, I would pay €500 to play this. Just did a BK replay last winter and I've literally cried out of sheer joy multiple times. The game, graphics, gameplay and especially music are still rock solid. PLEASE RARE MAKE A GENERATION OF GAMERS HAPPY!
BK was my childhood. Never got to play Tooie, sadly, but I really wish they continued the series. This looks so amazing, I wish it was real.
. The fact that it was like 007 goldeneye but with a bear and a bird with proximity grenade and icy eggs this shot back some good childhood memories
