We need a full documentary on this project. From initial idea to commencement of use of the facility. We can learn a lot from it. Are the military better at project management of construction projects? That's worth looking into to see what we can learn from them too. It would be of interest to know the cost as well. And also to know what the cost would have been if all the pro-bono work was paid for at market rates
If only Ghana can set aside politics, we can achieve so much. Finances, Human resources and architecture designs all locally sourced. Yes, we can surely do it.
