I didn't understand the term FTM (thinking it was just a body transformation due to musculation) and i was shocked at the end to see you were a girl. Even at the beginning of the video i was only focused on your face and i always saw a boy. I had to play again the video to realize. Why her body developed two ovum sacks, (with a lifetime determined number of egg sacks for her to procreate) fallopian tubes, uterus (womb when she would be pregnant) and a vagina. No matter how she makes herself appear to be, those two "X" chromosomes will ALWAYS be a part of her DNA and that will always mean female.

Being trans doesn't mean you WANT to be something that your physical body doesn't agree with, it means you ARE. It's a fairly common misconception. Being trans is when the chemical balance in your brain are closer to the natural chemical balance of the opposite sex. This man was born with a vagina, but the chemicals in his brain are closer to those of someone born with a penis and testicles. Vise versa works too. If someone born with a penis and testicles has the same or a similar chemical balance as someone born with a vagina, then they're trans as well. I hope this cleared some things up for you. Sexual orientation and gender/sex have very little to do with each other, if they even have anything to do with each other.

Meaning to truly prove that people are born with that type of structure (male or female) we would have to see it before any hormones have been given to the person. Unfortunately there are no studies like that. There are studies of homosexual brains and it has been proven that the area of the brain are almost identical to the opposite sex. Para ver que si se puede pone mas mejor entre la familia, los amigos, y en ti mismo me da alegría. Yo tengo dos meses en testosterone y cada día yo estoy más feliz para ser vivo. Yo tengo años fuera del closet como un hombre trans, y en esos años yo vi mis padres cambiando conmigo. No es fácil, especialmente en nuestra comunidad latino porque no se habla de los identidades queer (nomás se habla en el mismo contexto del sexo). Pero, con la comunicación, paciencia, y esperanza, todo puede cambiar para la mejor. Maravilloso video

Congrats man! You're really handsome and this video really helps me to stay positive. I'm 19 now and I'll be hopefully starting T when I'm 20, maybe 21 if I'm unlucky, and finally seeing someone who started T at almost my age (a lot of transguys on youtube started when they were 16. or something) with such incredible changes gives me hope for my future, so thank you for that!
