Yes, the guy playing Robert was incredibly fluid. His way of expressing his emotions throughout the movie was breathtakingly refreshing. I simply have to see more movies with him as a lead character

Just watched it. The romance is important but the bigger story was the immigrant experience. It felt very raw and real. There was one moment that broke my heart. Enjoyed this one a lot.
Slav culture can be very traditional and many Polish families are not ok with having a gay. I disagree with that and think gay family members should be loved and accepted. This movie looks like it has some depressing parts but anyone who is gay and from a more conservative family can relate.
Part of it is that the PiS has ramped up all that old fashioned shit. I'm surprised they stood up to the Russians. But they're shrinking. Fewer and fewer young people are joining.

Like that film where Will smith is a washed up superhero but eventually our hero overcomes himself and gets the love of his life.
