The hive scum also count towards gang total in an outcast gang too, its just when you get them in tactics cards or as a points balance issue. There is plenty of implied errata to be arbitrated and in that way its like D&D, books and rules to be agreed upon before campaigning.

Yep. Heavy concussion ram is not unwieldy. Fast shot on it is great fun.

And well worth pairing any concussion weapons with one or two gangers running photon photon grenades. Lean into the synergy.
