- If you love the Los Angeles Rams (originally the Cleveland Rams, then the Los Angeles Rams and St. Louis Rams) and their colorful history, then you're going to love this terrific two-minute video by NFL Films which chronicles the uniform color history of the Rams uniform from their first season in 1937 to the present. Narrated by Scott Graham, one of the great voices of NFL Films, this video features three uniform history experts: Joe Horrigan who is VP Communications and Exhibits at the Pro Football Hall of Fame where he has worked for more than 35 years; Michael MacCambridge, author of "America's Game: The Epic Story of How Pro Football Captured A Nation" and many other books as well as editor of the massive "ESPN College Football Encyclopedia"; and Scott Sillcox, sports uniform historian.

Liked them more than the darker colors. Does it look like they went with an even darker blue and gold?

There's things I like and other things I don't. I like the new orange and the jersey stripes. I really dislike like the upshadowing of the numbers and the CLEVELAND wordmark on the jerseys needs to be shrunk to about half the size. And please get rid of the carbon fiber effect on the helmet stripe and the honeycomb background or whatever it's called for the BROWNS wordmarks on the pants legs.
Bobbie Brown I was never a Browns fan, but I loved looking at the Browns uniforms as a kid. Now, they disponer me. Hopefully they change it solb

The one they wore up untill 2000 was the BEST Looking Uniform EVER!!!...I grew up in the Bronx back in the 70's & 80's and they use to show the Rams like every week on TV, and the way the uniforms looked got my attention and they use to win a lot, so that's how I became a Ram Fan.

The Blue and Yellow actually looks more striking than the darker Blue & Gold especially under the bad indoor lighting. I vote for real blue and yellow.

Change the gold back to yellow, please. Uniform was so much better in the era of Jack Youngblood.
I agree, the yellow looked so distinct. Plus the 49ers and Saints already use gold.

@UngarToTheMax that was my first impression too but it started to grow on me and now i like it i even bought the new black Rams draft hat its fire!
I like the navy and white the best even though the yellow was there from early on. The white horn really stands out the way the yellow and especially the gold doesn't. And don't ask me about the current crappy horn.
So gold horns would now be throwbacks!!! Rams history is very cool!
Just was a fan of the late '60's whites, with blue and white helmet and blue socks. I was fortunate to being on the field for a game as a kid and thought the "Fearsome Foursome" era Rams looked HUGE in the whites.

Get it right. In 1949 the Rams switched for one season to Red and Gold. The switched back to blue and yeloow in 1950.

Gold and yellow is the best color for the Rams, time to go back to it full-time when they get their new uniforms.

Guys a true Ram fan needs to keep the traditional thick long horns whether the metallic gold the yellow gold specially the white horns believe me those horns would stand out even from distance no matter what seat you're on terrifying to aponents yet beautiful watch!!!
