What did you do to fit 35s on? Everyone says 33s are the largest

Mine is stuck on heat, but both sides. Even when the AC/heat control is switched to the off position. Had that notorious jeep click for a while that everyone says is an actuator. Would you happen to know which one that may be?

Turn your heat and cold control back and fourth while your down there watching it with the glove box removed:) you got this man.
