    I felt it when one of the ladies said ‘when you are sick for one week, everyone is very supportive, but when it goes beyond that, everyone starts becoming fed up as if you have made your sickness up’!!

      I can totally relate 😢 it’s terrible to be suffering and even your own family is tired of hearing about what’s happening with your illness, it is very sad and demoralizing. I am putting my trust in god 🙏🏽while dealing with the breathlessness and cough still after almost 4 weeks after my diagnosis of Covid and I am fully vaccinated. I pray for everyone’s healing and I believe god will restore it all❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽take care

      Nobody will be with you (for no reason) if you need to stay in hospital for a decade. Not your spouse, kids, friends... except for your parents because you carry their genes and the nurses and social workers you pay for. The real question is how not to get into a situation like that.

    been 31 months of having more than 150+ systems in every part of my body and i have been to every doctor i had access to just to hear it is all psychosomatic. and then there are those doctors that simply assume that the patient sitting infront of them is someone who is just googling stuff and getting anxious about the stuff they are reading online. imagine not being able to do anything the way you used to do and doctors just deny something such debilitating on your face.

    • @MadanRajaRock
      @MadanRajaRock ปีที่แล้ว +2

      One chest physician - his treatment actually did help me up to a point so I am not being ungrateful here - even suggested to me that possibly covid wasn't significantly different from the flu and it was the sheer anxiety about getting covid that people had which made them worse. I couldn't argue with him, found it fruitless to, but I wasn't anxious at all when I had covid. I would tell friends and acquaintances checking on me that it was mild and would go away. And I thought it had until it bit back with a vengeance three months later.
      I have heard a version of "normal"/"nothing wrong with you" so many times I have stopped going to doctors. Luckily the very last one suggested lifestyle changes and cognitive exercises. That whole experiment has come at a financial cost because I had to leave my job but it's been worth it...so far. Probably. I really don't know that it won't relapse but I do know that I can finally jog and run up stairs, both things that looked like a distant dream only three months back.

      Do not know exactly why you ask but my answer may perhaps address/refute two common hypotheses that people asking this question work with.
      I got covid in Dec 2020 when there were no vaccines available. So yes, I was unvaxxed. But I had a relapse of symptoms after my second covid infection in Jan 2022 and by now I was twice vaccinated.
      Also my long covid symptoms began end of March 2021 and I could only get the first dose of the vaccine in May 2021.
