So you may associate showers with waking up, but if you start associating showers with sleep, you’ll get sleepy when you have showers! It’s also good to go from a hot to cold environment (ie. hot shower and cold bed/room) to get you prepped for sleep, since your body temperature drops when you sleep ☁️💤
I totally agree with you, if I don't shower it's hard for me to fall asleep I just feel so gross but I guess it's how I was raised, cold or hot, freezing or sick I must shower

Okay so i saw alot people getting offended by ‘really impressed how he looks at thirty’ He definitely doesn’t mean after 30 you are considered old. He is just complimenting the quality of his skin at thirty because not alot of people take care of their skin and inspite of that the ageing signs wont show up on their skin especially when they are in their teenage and early 20s. But skin will definitely deteriorate over time and it will show up in your late 20s and 30s. So it is literally a compliment when somebody says you have good skin at 30 because it simply means inspite of going through so much in life you still have a skin of 13 year old. That shows that you are into self care and preserving the quality of your skin. There was really no need to take this in negative way.
What are your thoughts on Moringa oil? My mother in law put some on my husband's face the other day and I swear it actually seemed to clear up his skin a little bit the next day but I could just be imagining it 🤣 he has really bad closed comedones, some I'd even say are papules/pustules, and he is super, super oily so I try to keep him away from any oils. Just wanted to hear your opinion!!!
You may be overly stripping his skin, making it produce even more oil. OR he needs to help it out. I mean you may not lol idk yalls routine. Just food for thought. Oil on oily skin can sometimes help. I have very oily skin but I use serums, oils, wash with cold water, use oil based wash products to break down my own oils, and delicate water based cleansers. This did wonders. I used to use physical exfoliants, scrub my face raw with a towel, and blot, cake, not use moisturizers or spf. ANYTHING to dry the heck out of my skin. Which I didn't realize was actually turning me into an oily mess because my skin kept trying to replenish the lack of "hydration". So by adding hydration (ie serums, gel moisturizers because gel is lighter, and HELPFUL oils) my skin calmed way way down. Now I actually have combo skin and slightly dry skin in the winter. I'm sure half of that is age (I'm only 23 lol but not a teen so it counts) and the fact that I don't let my skin do all the work. So it's used to me using better ingredients and vitamins anyway.
Oh! Most helpful advice, if you do decide to start using oils... DON'T JUST USE OILS. It'll clog his skin. Oil by itself is more of a sealant. It traps moisture. If your trapping his own oils in regularly he'll break out. Use an AHA or BHA, gel moisturizers or serums, and make sure he washes the oils away every day and night.
I’m so glad I watched this reaction video and heard you audibly say “pineapple extract” bc with my dry skin I was like “oh girl rose water I need to try it if it’s hydrating” and then I’m allergic to pineapple 🥴 coulda been covered in hives if I didn’t pay attention 😂
Dear Hyram Please can you educate us on how to treat eyebags and dark undereye.... I don't know if you've touched that topic before but it's really important for me to know what to do cus I feel like I'm doing the wrong thing even though I'm using the right products... With much plee... Thank you😊
From what I heard from dermatoligists the gist was: if it's an issue of puffiness - eye creams with caffeine can help and perhaps massage for lymphatic drainage. If it's actual eyebags as in deposits of fat - there you will have to consult with a derm/plastic surgeon regarding the procedures you can get cause topical stuff won't do anything for that. With dark circles it depends, if it's genetic - not much can be done and concealer is your best friend, if it's lifestyle and not sleeping enough - you know what to do, topical stuff won't hide the results of poor sleep, generally moisturising the undereye and again the products with caffeine can make the area lighter too, some discuss the benefits of retinol but that can be a bit tricky if you're sensitive.
@@morgianasartre6709 hmmm.. You really gave out a lot of information.. Thank you. I think my issue is dark circles, from stress and not so much sleep😂.. I think I know what to do now. Thank you very much ❤️
Ahh! Hyram I love your videos, and I was wondering if you could make a video dedicated to ingredients. For example what ingredients to look for if you have a specific problem like scars, dry or oily skin, sensitive skin... ect. THANK YOU!
I apply eye cream under my eyes and gently on the eyelid and also up to my temples. I alternate between the Inkey List Caffeine eye cream and Brighten-i eye cream.

I'm just gonna throw this out there, that I'd love a lip mask from Selfless by Hyram! My entire skincare routine is either Selfless by Hyram(I have the cleanser, Retinol serum, exfoliating serum, and oil control serum), First Aid Beauty, and then the Glow Recipe Watermelon toner. I have dry skin, sensitive skin/allergy prone, and hormonal acne, and ive really been loving all of the products I have from Selfless! 💝💝💝
I drink green tea in the morning and it wakes me up Immediately. (I don’t like coffee) It has a ton of caffiene in it but tastes really nice and a it subtle but not too subtle. I also wake up at sunrise every morning and go to be at like 9-11 pm (sometimes my bedtime is like 1-4 am cause lol adhd and other stuff keeps me up cause my medication wares off at like 8 pm) then at like 8:30 I drink a cup of non caffeinated warm apple cider tea to help me sleep. If you can, please suggest teas that make you fall asleep fast!
You can get knit or cotton robes, seersucker, etc. Don't tell me you prance around nekkid. BTW very much enjoying the Selfless by Hyram line...my skin is happy. At first, the moisturizer didn't seem like enough, but it really is just right for my acne/milia prone skin. Everything is so soothing and gentle and yet effective. Will buy again.
Don’t tear yourself down because your fans have attempted to shame you over having a preference, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with liking people with no hair or maintained hair.
Can you recommend anything for hormonal acne prone that is coconut & palm free? I'm allergic and it's hard to find something good and not too harsh that is completely coconut/cocoyl and palm/palmitate free.
Im 58 and use to have crepey skin on my eyes lids. I started using my moisturizer on my lids just barely past the crease of my lid. I stay away from the lash line. I use Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream. Fairly quickly the crepeiness disappeared.
Were ppl really giving Hyram grief over him saying he prefers being clean shaven/clean shaven or well-groomed partners? Bc like... Ppl are entitled to their preferences when it comes to their own grooming and what they're attracted to...

Omg, thank you for showing the ingredients!! I can’t allow sodium hyaluronate in my skincare routine, so it’s super helpful.
You are rocking that blue, love it. Enjoy your weekend.
Thanks for the positive vibes! As a nurse, I’ve developed eczema from the sanitizer and gloves
Hyram Brad did such a good job on your hair!! love you🥰!
To 1% who's reading this don't forget you're loved, you matter, smile more often, hydrate yourself.
Dr. Mike is metro enough that I bet he does use treatments and get facials, especially since he’s so visible as an influencer and tv personality. He also clearly enjoys having the luxe lifestyle and everything that comes with it.
the way i’ve been binge watching doctor mike’s videos all week and then this comes out… perfect!
ikr same
I got the FAB coconut water cream after you suggested it a while ago and it didn’t work for my skin (it left my skin dry which is weird because I have slightly oily skin). But since I can’t use it on my face, I’ve started using it as my eye cream and I love it. For me, I don’t think eye cream is necessary, but it is a nice luxury and moment of self-care at the end of the night.
WOAH, OKAY THERE. 4:48. I can NOT believe people came after Hyram for saying that.
Why??? Why go after someone for voicing their own opinion??? He's 100% allowed to have his own opinion, his own thoughts, his own feelings on things, just like you! Just like me! It makes me so sad when people go after other people for things like that.. let's all respect each other's views.
Edited to include: To comment on beards: I love men with beards, sometimes; and I love men without mens. It all depends on the guy... Dr Mike -- looks good without, but especially looks good with. Hyram -- looks better without.
Okay so i saw alot people getting offended by ‘really impressed how he looks at thirty’
He definitely doesn’t mean after 30 you are considered old.
@@Dimsrose I use just oils every day and they don’t clog my skin I use oils that are non comedogenic
Hyram....... 31 is young.... he looks young at 31 because 31 is young..........
I was confused by that too, like what after 30 everyone is supposed to be old and wrinkly now? 😅
@@morgianasartre6709 I think that's what society thinks 😂
Dear Hyram
Please can you educate us on how to treat eyebags and dark undereye....
Thank you very much ❤️
Thank you soooo much, you gave out SOOOOOOO much info about this, you really helped ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm like you, I can't start my day without coffee anymore
Going through 💔
Your video helped go through breakfast 🙂
I love your skincare videos! Sending light and love!!!
Omg Hyram is an Angel. I came home after a long day of school to see that the king has posted. 🥰🙏
Ahh! Hyram I love your videos, and I was wondering if you could make a video dedicated to ingredients. For example what ingredients to look for if you have a specific problem like scars, dry or oily skin, sensitive skin... ect. THANK YOU!
WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU’RE IMPRESSED WITH HOW HE LOOKS AT 31?!?! HELLO. 31 is young!!!!!!!
I don't get it either.... 31 is freaking young and youthful...
I appreciate your video and I am a HUGE fan of Dr Mike. I loved your collaboration video. Blessings!
Your hair looks SO GOOD😻💙💙
I apply eye cream under my eyes and gently on the eyelid and also up to my temples. I alternate between the Inkey List Caffeine eye cream and Brighten-i eye cream.
i made my brother who is lazy to have a skin care to wash his face at night time and to apply sunscreen. he sees so much different to his skin. he keeps telling me that i changes his life and i responded to him no, @hyram changed your life :) love you Hyram...you changed my skin life too
He doesn’t have those issues Hyram. He does not work directly in hospitals with covid 24/7..
you are glowing hyram 🤩
Surprisingly this is your first vid that appeared in my home screen so I am looking forward to what you produce.
“Do I wanna be sweating all day?… NuH” 😂😂
ILY HYRAM!✨🌴🌴
Absolutely love your hair color Hyram 💙
Thank you 💜 for the shout out to us doctors !
Dr Mike’s skin looks so powdery white even after cleansing. it’s almost like sunscreen that stubbornly stays on the skin. Love the vid tho.
he has a filter on,but some people are just like white
@@sunsundks3891 The video was produced, shot, and edited by Harpers Bazaar. Doctor Mike had nothing to do with any filtering.
@@SamDonaldBowers I didnt he had something to do with it but thanks for the info
Hyram PLEASE do something with the Botez sisters! You and Andrea would be so iconic!!
I love the reaction videos! Also love the hair it looks so good!
Can you recommend anything for hormonal acne prone that is coconut & palm free? I'm allergic and it's hard to find something good and not too harsh that is completely coconut/cocoyl and palm/palmitate free.
31.... He's a wee baby!!! I don't even remember being 31!!!! 😂
I have so many mini eye-creams. So now I use them as lip-balms
I would wanna know what brand or product is good for moisture your skin in your body(body lotion )??? Recommend making a video about that !!:)
Thank you for your shout out to us in the medical field 🙏🏼🥰💕😘
Yay!! I love Dr Mike!! And I love you HYRAM!!!!!!!
Yayyy, my 2 favorite people!!
Hyram I love you so much and I want o thank you so much with your help your products saved me from acne.
Hyram needs to realize that 31 is quite young.
Im 58 and use to have crepey skin on my eyes lids. I started using my moisturizer on my lids just barely past the crease of my lid. I stay away from the lash line. I use Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream. Fairly quickly the crepeiness disappeared.
Love this review!! Very informative!
Love Dr. Mike and Hyram! 😀😀
eating an apple in the morning will give you more energy than a cup of coffee will!
We love you Hyram!!! Keep the videos coming!! ♥️♥️♥️
Were ppl really giving Hyram grief over him saying he prefers being clean shaven/clean shaven or well-groomed partners? Bc like... Ppl are entitled to their preferences when it comes to their own grooming and what they're attracted to...
Can you do a Trader Joe’s skincare review?
