    May i know why u didn't put the condition Annual income >1million thing , it also works if we create account who type is saving etc... (correct me if I'm wrong)

      yeah , had the same question , in the evaluation criteria you have just put account type as savings but your business need was annual income should be > 1M , you will surely get an error in the WF actions if you would have edited those records you have created. sorry for negative comments but yeah you have missed it. otherwise it's a very well demonstrated video.

    You didn't create for field update action ...thats what i need now....i want to update my currency field automatically if i select my picklist value selected.....what is the formula for that ....can u plz tell me??

    quick question: as mentioned in the video, the workflow will be triggered on the condition that annual income is greater than a million, however, the rule criteria is only setup as the bank type equals all the saving accounts??

      ya, actually in this case even if income is set to less than 1M then also email will be sent.

      Yes the Criteria for 1M is not set in the video, only the bank account type is selected

    Hello Shrey, I have one doubt. When we had created the email template, we had used 'Hello {!contact.Fname}'. But when you received the email (as seen in this video), only 'Hello' appeared there. Please explain how it happened.

      Hello Rajeev , I think I can clear your dought the email template that shrey has selected does not contain fields for bank account object it's a sample template made for other object that contain fields from that other object, so the name field of bank account object will not get updated there,
      I know this is very late response and maybe of no use for you but maybe for new viewers this clarification might help so don't remove
