21:44 Hey Shrey. While explaining the Public Read/Write/Transfer, you forgot to mention the most important thing that this setting is only and only available for Leads and Cases. No other object, Standard or Custom can have this permission on OWD settings. Also for other standard objects only record owner and the role above the hierarchy can be able to change the ownership of the records. Pls correct me if I am wrong. Thanks!

30:30 can we say there is a Parent and Child relation ship (Master Detail Relationship) b/w Queue and record???

As a single queue is created for multiple objects. Can a same object be in multiple queues?

First objects are not holded by queue , its "records " And Answer to the question is "No", in Salesforce, an object cannot be in multiple queues at the same time. Each record of an object can only be assigned to a single queue. However, you can create multiple queues for the same object, and each queue can have different criteria for which records are assigned to it.
