Your expert guests are super smart. Scott, Jeff, Alexandra, Hans, Omar, Larry, and others. Thx
Considering a young mid income, short term minded person with constant need for cash, are these still worth investing into? I am new to all of these and have incurred so much losses, I am beginning to think I am not doing what is good for me but just following people blindly.
???
VENTURING into the trading world without the help of a profesionals, trading and expecting profit is like turning water into wine you would need a miracle...
Following you has been an amazing journey , you have shown me the best way to earn much better profits despite the bad economic situations, God bless you with more knowledge Alice devion...
Any info on how i can liaise with her, i'm new at this
she often interacts on Telegrams

The more I listen to Jensen, the more I realize they are directly competing with Tesla. The only difference is they won't build the mechanic hardware like the actual robots or the cars (high capex, low margin). They are building the chips and software the essence of security.
Yes and no. They have no significant software stack, and make nothing directly except chip designs. What you see now is a bid to create a platform, but it’s a City of Tomorrow plan. Tesla is an inference useful AI company - Nvidia is not really an AI company but makes tools to do it. Tesla is however the manufacturing leader on the planet while also possessing better AI inference chips where AI takes place, while Nvidia leads on training chips but have the weakness of being power inefficient while Teslas are amazingly efficient. Btw Jensen and Elon are friends and Tesla buys massive amounts of training hardware from Nvidia and clearly has favored buyer status.
If Nvidia is going to power virtually all bots, then I'm not selling my shares.
@@darylfoster7944 Don’t worry, they won’t. They might have an 80% share for a decade in the West, but I assure you China will not depend on Nvidia.
Apple vs. Microsoft Duex
Yes BUT the demand will be enormous there will be a Fords a GM a BMW a Toyota etc equivalent in the robotic space
Ok, perhaps it’s more efficient for the robot to have the drill attached rather than grabbed, but what about having an API for that robot to have a third or even fourth arm with a hand so that it can grab, hold, manipulate or just adjust whatever needs to be drilled.
If the robot has effectively multiple potential APIs for multiple arms that can have addable arms depending on the fluctuating needs, that c/b amazing.
This has been your most informative, useful video I’ve ever watched. Thank you.
George Lukas envisioned this pretty well. Humanoid robots like C-3PO (a protocol droid) and all manner of other robots whose forms follow their functions. I think there will always be a place for humanoid robots who can do general tasks in roughly the same way a human could. But for almost any specific task, a specialized robot could be designed to do it more efficiently if it made economic sense.
Why doesn’t anyone talk about the disruption to the labor market. And what the implications of that are? Would love to hear a chat about that!
I'm happy (for now!) to have a foolishly, crazily large allocation of my portfolio in...... NVDA. Another big chunk in SMCI.... and now building my TSLA position. Up ~360% ytd, which easily beats my prior record. With more (IMO) to come this year.
I like Yann LaCun's argument that LLMs are worthless for achieving AGI and that this is the entirely wrong direction for robotics 🤖
That may actually be a good thing
Bless you Sir! 🙏🏽🇺🇸 RLM🫡
Teslas advantage in developing fsd was real world data. I don’t know that you can ignore this when considering the development of humanoids robots. I think you will still need many robots working in the real world to the get the data to get the robot right.
How long did it take the Unitree bot to learn to save itself from the fall?
Competition is good for acceleration
While I appreciate Nvidia, the market will not tolerate one platform. Companies get very antsy when one company shows too much dominance, and even Tesla may have an issue with this with FSD. I also seriously doubt Chinas robotics are going to be tied to Nvidia, they might actually be tied more to Tesla.
Valueable discussion. Thanks.
Why this news is exclusive?
For the same reason everything is a bombshell, to get you to click on the video.
So use AI to refine the virtual world model itself based on real world data?
Use AI to simulate the real world 🌎 in the VR to train robots 🤖. Safer, basically Dev sandbox my dude
If you were starting your careers over, what type of education would you go into to enjoy a good future?
Theoretical physics to build a Time Machine to travel to a recent past where there were jobs.
In the future, product offering between tesla and nvidia will converge. Nvdia is leveraging their simulation and gpu for future growth. While tsla is leverage vertical integration and real life data
What happens after China seizes the chip factories in Taiwan?
What happens when a meteor strikes or a pandemic or another war
What's the average monthly price point No Nvidia it's suggesting per robot? $2000 a month for cloud, maintenance, technology services? And where is all this money ending, which company is taking the biggest share of profits?
Here's an idea, will companies be able to write off ai labor at the end of the year taxes? Once there's no human staff it becomes a requirement for business operation and these type of requirements generally become a write off.
And finally, how does Tesla selling their robot, instead of leasing like Nvidia ai companies, differ in price point to the end user's? Type of savings owning vs leasing, additional support services Tesla will offer to ai bot owners like maintenance, hardware upgrades, digital content programing and repair, software upgrade?
Hard to understand how ai applys to imbedded microprocessor such as vacuum machine. You need ai processor with price of $1x dollars.
I guess in the short term the tele operation of robots help to the get humanoid robot training real world data but I agree that niche robots will be able to do some tasks better than a generalist hand robot 🤖 🤔
Afternoon guys
DOJ and FCC is targeting Nvidia for possible monopoly on AI chips.
"Spiders in the walls" Jim Morrison ? Great image, thank you Scott.
Is the fact that Optimus is outside of Omniverse make bot to bot communication harder for them?
No, and this is a bid to establish a platform and right now a City of Tomorrow plan. It’s all on paper.
@@fractalelf7760 The Omniverse has been around for quite a while and it is powering real bots.
Where are the space bot's???? Put a jet pack on Optimus and call him George .
Imagine the commercial opportunity for CyberTruck and a future Tesla van for moving relatively small amounts of material and products from one plant location to another in a city or regional area. Will UPS or FedEx get into the regional logistics business? Perhaps there will be a different (weaker) regulatory classification for AVs moving stuff v.s. Humans.
from today its only 2 month till 08.08.

Tesla already has their own equivalent ’omniverse’ they literally showed it during many of the FSD reviews by the FSD team…
But it appears all the other bot makers are following Nvidia
@@DanielASchaefferThere’s more than enough for two or more in this space. Like cars, PCs, etc. there will be a set of major OEMs and secondary players.
Imagine how many crazy Tesslugh achievements will have to hit the bottom line before the stock can return to its high last summer.
That enormous achievement will require a ton of Tesslugh bull💩ers to return to the market

@@greggrant4614He’s a mentally ill troll. No, really he is.
Wasn't last summer's high 300? $5/share earnings should be sufficient to return to that level. Not much of a stretch. Just get car sales over 2M, and two fully ramped megapack factories, and $5:earnings are within reach.
@@darylfoster7944 Around June it was just shy of $300…
I think tsla will need to use Nvidia Software to perfect its autonomous ambition on robotics and robotaxi
I’ll add, at some point, the robotics story will trigger Tesla stock…. It’s only a matter of time.
Almost everything is just a matter of time
Scott, invest in some braces, you will be amazed. No knock, just saying, if you are on video its important.
What power Tesla bot? Tesla buy chips from Nvidia too.
