HKS for me! But, yes not a whole lot of differences in any of the choices. HKS, AWE and MAGNAFLOW would be my top three......
Not going to be any major differences in sound, but quality and construction play a huge factor. HKS, AWE, and Magnaflow are definitely covering both of those categories

HKS sounds so soothing and aggressive at the same time! A cross between a Mk4 supra and a Lamborghini Gallardo!!
Have an AWE Track catback on my WRX so I'd likely go for the same if i had an a90. Sounds amazing I love the gunshot upshifts.

I had the HKS on for a day and sold it. I found it to be way to much drone especially when it was in normal mode 8th gear it actually vibrates the car. I need to find a happy medium between that and stock. I am tuned with Catless dp. Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe Akrapovic?

God, do I hate those upshifts. Why.
This engine is naturally poppy, even in its factory form. It can be corrected through tuning though!
Stick with your Prius.
Yeah i like the pops on the downshifts and when you let off the throttle, but the farts on upshifts sound ugly lol
The Tubi Style was the only exhaust that sounded different, the rest of the pack pretty much sounded exactly the same, some with more pops or more aggressive than others, but ultimately the same. Disappointing.

The sound it makes shifting from 2nd onwards the noise inbetween the shifts i hate it
It's a hit and miss for most owners. Some love it, some don't. I'm sure that it something that will get phased out pretty soon

Hearing the exhausts in person will change that outlook. Videos are hard to capture the true beauty of some of these systems

Imo 7mgte straight piped trumps them all. Hell even a stock 7mgte sounds better. You can actually hear the turbo but not on this car. Lol

To truly experience the differences, it is best to hear them in person. There are slight differences in the sound throughout the powerband.
