My current boss was in prison for attempted murder. Now rides a bicycle to work. Was a janitor for the company for a few months and is the boss now of about 2 weeks ago at a current welding company that has been built 9 months ago. And the guy can’t even weld! Wowieowieowowo wow!

Having fun at the disposal of someone else's loss is cruel. Only an asshole dick would do something like this and I've worked with enough to know. They usually get hurt in a forklift "accident". Not so funny anymore. It's a dog eat dog world right? Don't start shit and you won't end up getting it worse than you dealt. Also, as someone who is a former foreman, you need to earn the respect of your subordinates or you'll never have an efficient worksite. Big mistake on his part and lost the respect and will continue to lose respect with future groups.
