It's a better bang-for-your-buck than some Arcade 1Ups these days!
The new expensive A1up cabs are really worth it. Looks way better and has real competitive online gameplay+leaderboards. It’s the cheap old A1up that had the worst bang for your buck fun
These are a pretty good deal no doubt but very sketchy legally, at least 1up is legit, if kind of pricey. But in today's world, nobody seems to care much about honesty. and to be fair I own one of these sketchy multi-machines (and a few 1UP's and Arcade Ledgends, and MANY actual machines) so I am not pointing fingers, just saying when you don't pay for the roms it's much cheaper to make

I do like the idea of building/assembling the arcade but I hope they offer different kinds of arcade board options like Raspberry Pi because not everyone wants a Pandora's Box.
@Me I changed it to building/assembling so that might be a little better for my point across but I would definitely build one from scratch if it wasn't too expensive.
Hi Wicked. What pc do you recomend i use for emulation up to ps3, My i5 6600 with rog gtx 1080 or my r9 3900x with 2070 dual, both with 16 GB ram?.
I think in this case you should look up the minium specs for PS3 Emulation.
And then the question what form factor ? Mini PC ? Desktop PC ?

The metal case is almost too much for a bartop, wood would have been quite right, and lighter to ship.
Why is that just about all the built bartop arcades I have seen on youtube or on Ebay for sale are using horizontal monitors? The problem I see is that a lot of games like Ms. Pacman, Donkey Kong, Frogger, Burgertime, Punchout and tons of shooters use vertical screen. If you use horizontal monitor your screen get shrunk down a lot - you'd have huge black frame over the screen of the game. The best way is to have 2 arcade bartops: one using horizontal screen and the other using vertical screen. That way you'd get to have the best of both worlds. I don't see too many built arcade bartop arcades with veritcal screen. Another way around it is to have a software program that is coded within Batocera or Hyperspin to automatically adjust the screen according to your screen size and resolution. I dont' think the author of Batocera or Hyperspin has thought of that ..or I am expecting too much. I think it's software possible.

@@adonian nope. Vat is 20% extra. Back in 2020, there was plenty of theft at the customs and in the post office. Since then, we got blacklisted and especially when it comes to more valuable packages, they use more expensive shipping options. The ones with good tracking and insurance.
