You're not the best at explaining everything but the product looks very well thought out and easy enough to assemble. I am not a breeder of anything execpt my 12 y/o son but i've been in metal fabrication for a long time and can recognize quality products and this seems to be one.
I wish you would have shown a fully assembled multi level demonstrator and a quick view of how it all opens up and all that.
Also, i understand how it's much easier to have customers bend tabs themselves since you can just receive your parts from your laser supplier and package them in kits without having to handle them too much. Having righ/left parts WILL INVARIABLY result in customers bending the wrong way. Stainless is prone to stress fatigue and i wonder how resilient the pieces are to being re-bent... If you package yourself and are not drop shipping, i strongly suggest you pre-bend the pieces yourself OR at least have the parts identified properly with some stainless safe stickers (some glues, like in gray duct tape, can hurt some grades of SS. We had special tape with special glue that was SS safe. Tape was bright orange to identify it). Maybe not so much of an issue but for your own sake and to avoid having to deal with calls... It would be worth it to pre bend.
