It’s a nice piece! But to me it doesn’t look much like a Cartier Santos, however it is a dead-ringer for the Franck Muller Master Square
This looks very stupid and bulky in my opinon, not a refined look at all. The SUP880 is the real deal.

No Worries!, it is a fairly unknown piece so it is hard to find info on it but the 24mm strap width isn’t that noticeable once you wear it 👍
