Way too many guys on this team are afraid to hit, expect puck being delivered for open shot.Kreids should be more physical, for his size, at least he stands in crease. This is why Laffy made to jump to next level- he FIGHTS for the puck.
I love Fox. He fets a pass. He was hurt, got hurt again before playoffs and was t 100%. It showed but he is not a checking defensman. He is a great offensive player. Others were hurt and its way it is. Foxy gave it all he could.
Mild knee sprain… you take the shot and go full speed. No excuse the team is too soft. Everyone is playing hurt.
Finally some fans getting on Fox! He and Lindgren are NOT #1 pairing material. Both too small, and Fox is too soft, easily intimidated. They need to break that pairing up, regardless what they do with Lindy.

@@gtd9536 He's always praised by the announcers, but we can see otherwise. Fans fell in love with his offense, overlook his defensive deficiencies. FL didn't. Aslo, he's soft and seems to get easily injured. He's starting to remind me of Shattenkirk. When no offense, he's just average, small and soft.

@@JM-gj7de Hey, i don't get paid 9 Mil to play a tough sport, that requires toughness, not pussycats. He had like 17 hits in 73 games, i;m scared.
So, why not sit him out? i was ready to accept Zach Jones as his replacement, it was pathetic to watch him and Lindgren get brutalized by the Panthers. No reason to have guys that are not 100 %, and it cost us.
Bad enough putting Jones in against a top team after not playing for 6 weeks, but you don't have him play right D when he plays on the left side.
@@RobbyByrne I meant as PP qb. Fox was useless after he got reinjured. There are guys who can play both sides. How is putting Chytil and Wheeler in, against same team, after just coming off IR??? talk about making NO sense. Injured guys don't belong in critical games, and it showed.
@@MG-Nordster Fox at 80 percent warranted him staying in the lineup from my perspective. I'd be curious if the coaching staff considered employing Jones as a seventh d-man due to the lack of playing time Rempke was getting. You also have Trouba and Lindgren banged up as well. Not one writer asked.
@@RobbyByrne Fox and Lindgren against big teams are a defensive liability. Fox and Lindgren, Trouba all banged up, spells disaster.Miller also decided to go on vacation during that series. He was downright brutal.
Zach Jones has speed, that was something they needed to beat the panthers. The same thing happen the stanley cup againest the la kings , when Ryan m played with broken foot
Fox will never be anything close to what Brian leetch brought to the table. No more excuses, the best players on this team are too soft for the playoff grind….
