I just got mine I was 5400 in the queue, you'll get it covid and lockdowns slowed things down etc but I'm very happy with it

Question. Ive ordered a Sinden Light Gun and just looking through the Raspberry Pie 4s. Is 4GB enough or should I wait for 8GB? I don't think the light gun games are too taxing but I would like to play Alien Extermination if I can

What games can a PC play that Raspberry pi can't? I'm building a dedicated light gun cabinet and want to be able to play everything.

ooooo good question. I sure hope it does.....
I believe it works with anything. Just puts that border around.
Might want to check out the Sinden support site, pretty sure originally it mentioned projector support, but then changed to DLP type projector only ..and not the LED types.
Things may have changed, but that was the case when I last checked

Hi, I have downloaded this image and I have recorded it, when I put it on a raspberry pi 4 of 8gb the screen starts as it is loading, you see a square of colored lines and then it never loads, leaving the screen in black. Do you know why this happens? Maybe it is not compatible with the 8gb pi 4 ?. Thank you.

Is it possible to grab the right retroarch files from this build to load onto an existing build? I've spent countless hours configuring mine and don't want to start from scratch, but I can't get the sinden lightguns to work other than in test mode to save my life! Waited 11 months for them to come in and now they're only expensive paperweights! I need to try to plug them into my pc and then update firmware -- haven't tried that yet, if that doesn't work, I wasted a lot of money unless the software is updated at some point. Appreciate any thoughts or help!
@@tonysapienza384 you defo need to update the FW at the least as Pi support was not in the OG firmware.
As for the RA files yes they could be transfered over for the game configs, Not sure about the actual emu files though as it needs a specially modified version of RA to run.
Titchgamer -- Partial success! I saw that Harrydogs had a cfg zip with just the configs. I transferred those over and mame 2016 works! I owe Harrydogs a tip in his virtual jar for sure and my sincere thanks to you for taking the time to recommend it. Now to see if other Mame 2016 work as well and then nes and other systems, which don't seem to be working yet. May need to reinstall other emulators that Andy tweaked. Maybe that's the problem. I thought Supreme had made those changes in the Ultra build but maybe not.
