I watch everyday as I do find having to deal with my own stage 4 cancer having Ems videos brings me towards a happy place... Missing her daily videos however able to view her anytime I wish is aweaome.
The one posted June 20th. She let out a sigh at the end before signing off. It was her "it is finished" moment. At least to her viewers. She had two more strong days after that then her last 4 days were in the hospital. It could have been a lot worse and is for most brain cancer patients. She was an amazing young woman in the face of things.
aww bless Peta getting teary too, I don't think most people know that as a nurse you can get very attached to long term patients and it can be really hard not to be emotional when things don't go well for them. I am glad you have such a lovely nurse x

I discovered Emily’s videos a couple of months ago. She was such an incredible young woman, taken much too soon. I have progressive MS and watch her videos for inspiration. She makes me appreciate each day.
My daughter was diagnosed with RR MS last year and is finding it so hard to come to terms with. She suffers severe fatigue, lost her job, her home ( I gave up my bedroom and converted Part of my house into a self contained unit for her) boyfriend and her running, which was her mainstay. I wish I knew how to keep her spirits up, but I never seem to get it right 😢. She’s talked about suicide and it scares me so much 😔
I feel the same way. I'm 30 now had osteoarthritis in my ankles since early 20s and osteoporosis and my ankle is almost fused together. I can barely walk and the pain is unbearable. I know it's only going to get worse and nothing can be done except risky operations or amputation. The days I'm lying in bed unable to stand and feeling depressed, I remember it's not going to kill me. I saw my cousin pass away in November from cancer at only 34. I feel incredibly lucky.
So grateful that I was blessed to have known Emily virtually. Your vibrant personality and zest for life always make me smile. Thank you Emily and Aisha for wonderful memories that will live within me to the end of my life.

Your courage, positivity, strength, and the love between the two of you is really beautiful to see. I guess I just felt compelled to thank you for sharing your journey with the world and for being who you are, as corny as that sounds.... I really feel like you've opened my eyes to some things and have no doubt that the impact you have and will have on this world either directly or through these vlogs, will go SO far beyond anything you could imagine. Hearing you speak has really reminded me of life's fragility and how much I take for granted. Thank you for that! I wanted you to know that I received the message, to leave nothing undone or unsaid, and will do my best to do just that. I've been married for quite a long time and we have two beautiful children... Life can be exausting and at times become so routine. It's easy to become complacent and take things for granted. The neverending dishes, cooking, laundry, chauffeuring kids here and there, and on and on, I admit at times I just want to be selfish and check out mentally, even just for a few minutes, maybe get lost on TH-cam or whatever... I suppose my point is just that you've helped me realize some areas of my life I need to get back into balance, but more than anything I'm reminded not to sweat the small stuff and to live each day to the fullest, however that may look... Honestly these vlogs have changed my life and know that I think of you every day and that you’ve made such an impact. I’ve never been out of the US at 31 years old and I’ve decided I WILL see London one day. You’re an amazing person and I’ll keep praying for you 💜 As a side note, my grandma was diagnosed with cancer throughout her lungs and brain- she had 24 spots in her brain. They didn’t do treatment bc of the extent of her cancer and they gave her 3 months. She was intubated for about a day and the doctors said she wouldn’t breathe on her own when we removed the life support! She ended up doing just fine without it and after that kept visiting for long periods of time thinking it was the end- She lived 9 months. I’m not sure if you appreciate anecdotal stories like this but just wanted to let you know the doctors often can’t predict how long people have with accuracy. So yes, do whatever you need or want to but don’t you dare spend the next 3 months thinking about how they’re your last!!

Whenever anybody (myself included) starts to feel sorry for yourself and think that the world is against us... please think about what Emily had to deal with time and time again and how she dealt with things in such a positive way. It's wild how they gave her an estimate of about 2 1/2 to 3 months to live and she passed away 3 months after that,.. I've always heard stories of people beating the odds and living longer than they have been given by doctors,.. and even witnessed it with my own mother,.. given a year or two to live but here she is 10 years later doing great,.. I really thought Emily would not only beat her estimate, but knock it out of the park,.. She was so strong, motivated, positive, unshakable and full of life,.. I'm so lucky to have found this channel,. It has changed my life in so many ways, it's crazy to think where I'd be right now if I never discovered it. Thank you emily, you meant more to this world than you know. I'm so devastated that someone as deserving of life as you, had to have it taken from you so soon. Me, I would just sit in a chair and rock back and forth, I guess part of it is I'm an anxiety sufferer and that I don't have any support system. But I truly admire these two that can actively attack this horrible problem, then separate their thoughts for something positive for each one of them. I don't know if I'm making sense. You’ll always be my idol and motivation to live life to the fullest and take one day at a time like you do. Honestly these vlogs have changed my life and know that I think of you every day and that you’ve made such an impact. I’ve never been out of the US at 31 years old and I’ve decided I WILL see London one day. You’re an amazing person and I’ll keep praying for you 💜
As a side note, my grandma was diagnosed with cancer throughout her lungs and brain- she had 24 spots in her brain. They didn’t do treatment bc of the extent of her cancer and they gave her 3 months. She was intubated for about a day and the doctors said she wouldn’t breathe on her own when we removed the life support! She ended up doing just fine without it and after that kept visiting for long periods of time thinking it was the end- She lived 9 months. I’m not sure if you appreciate anecdotal stories like this but just wanted to let you know the doctors often can’t predict how long people have with accuracy. So yes, do whatever you need or want to but don’t you dare spend the next 3 months thinking about how they’re your last!!

This girl was a trooper and prooved to us all that life is for living. Emily you legend. Your memory lives on in so many of us 😍
I keep coming back to this brave beautiful and inspirational girl, its absolutely heartbreaking that she's no longer here but I know she's in a better place now... pain and worry free.

It's wild how they gave her an estimate of about 2 1/2 to 3 months to live and she passed away 3 months after that,.. I've always heard stories of people beating the odds and living longer than they have been given by doctors,.. and even witnessed it with my own mother,.. given a year or two to live but here she is 10 years later doing great,.. I really thought Emily would not only beat her estimate, but knock it out of the park,.. She was so strong, motivated, positive, unshakable and full of life,.. I'm so lucky to have found this channel,. It has changed my life in so many ways, it's crazy to think where I'd be right now if I never discovered it. Thank you emily, you meant more to this world than you know. I'm so devastated that someone as deserving of life as you, had to have it taken from you so soon. One day you'll be able to hold Aisha again,.. but until then, Your subscribers will be here for Aisha and will continue to follow, love, and support her through all lifes trials. She did beat the odds for over 2 years they told her she was gonna due sooner..her cancer was wide spread..but she was functional till she passed ..didn't deteriorate...

I think about Emily and how amazing and beautiful she was. She was such a little fighter. Heartbreaking that she was robbed of her life.
I admire their minds, I mean despite this horrible news Em goes to the gym, and Aisha actually thinks about and get herself waxed. Me, I would just sit in a chair and rock back and forth, I guess part of it is I'm an anxiety sufferer and that I don't have any support system. But I truly admire these two that can actively attack this horrible problem, then separate their thoughts for something positive for each one of them. I don't know if I'm making sense. I miss Em and Aisha very much.😔
