do I need non-resident licenses to sell in other states?
Yes, you do. You also need to make sure that you are contracted with carriers in those states also

great. My employee makes about $50K with salary and bonus, which is what his first year. He will make more as long as we grow and the book of business grows. You have to find a way to incentivize and motivate employees. They want to make a lot of money also just like we do!!

Hey Luis, would you mind making one of these on Medicare in regards to downline overrides? Really only familiar with the life side on that
Medicare is very simple. There isn't much room for overrides and it depends on the volume of the FMO. That part I don't know much of, but overrides to get pretty serious depending on volume. Way more than ACA. That's why a lot of FMOs don't focus much on it

Yes, you will not lose your ability to sell. You should also keep your renewals unless you’re a LOA agent .
Do you write ACA with your NPN or do you use an NPN other than yours? If you use another NPN, then you might be a LOA agent

you can have licensed agents that are certified sell ACA policies under your NPN.

I believe you have to be an American citizen to get your 2-40 license which is what you need to sell health insurance but lead generation is a great business as well
