Everyone is talking about nostalgia, but for me this is a new band. I grew up in Russia and have never heard this band. I learned about this band through moving to the US. God I'm in love with Blurry and Drift and Die, these are my favorite songs of my life😌
You have no idea brings back simple summers . School summer festivals , Awesome ass fourth of July’s in cincinatti Ohio . If you been there you know what I’m talking about
My dad used to have the Come Clean CD and he would used to play Control, Blurry, Drift & Die, and She Hates Me when I was little and I fell in love with this record b/c this is my favorite alternative rock/grunge Album. I also heard songs like Out Of My Head & Nobody Told Me but me or my dad didn't know them until I listened to This record more. This record is my childhood memory.
My three fave songs also. I have listened to rap with my kids and they have grown up with my Rolling Stones, Motley Fucking Crue, Poison and Telsa. I commend your dad on his taste of music with this album, great mems with your dad is what matters. Awesome. Some of my stuff may be ancient but still rellevant too.

I've been struggling with singing and playing guitar at the same time. But this song is the reason why I'm going to be able to conquer that. Thanks Puddle of Mudd for pouring your hearts out, truly inspiring.
When you memorize the lyrics to the point of not thinking about it, and know the fretwork by complete muscle memory, you put the two together and it happens. Just have to repeat it every day.
@@Ronnie.Raymond Yes. It's something most people would overlook. It's easy to do something boring and complicated. It's hard to do something simple and catchy. It's so counter intuitive that most people can't be song writers
Saw these guys in Las Vegas a few months after 9/11/2001. It was great to travel for the first time after that dark day, and they put on an incredible show. Maybe I need to go see them again once this COVID is done.
I forgot about Puddle of mudd and just so happened to see some of their songs in my iTunes library and came onto youtube to bring back some amazing memories from my teenage years. Those good days skateboarding jamming to these tunes, staying up late, house parties, being a naughty child. Oh I would love to go back to those days. The world was a better place. Now its just filled with messed up selfish people. Bring back the early 2000s !!

Beauty is so apparent in a melody so familiar sung by a vision of otherwise invisible Kurt and the riffs roll in like the waves created by rip tides at the crossroads of sunset.
This song came out in the Summer of 2002. I had just graduated high school and the whole world seemed wide open to me. 20 years later, I'm living a good life out in that world, and occasionally come back to this song to remind me of how I felt that summer.
Im from Germany, 2001 i was 10 years old. I got come clean and learned all the textes by rote. This is why my english is kind of fine today. Miss those days. It feels the band didnt get the credit it deserved. Cant stop listening. Lyrics and energy are insane.
My favorite Puddle of Mudd song. It sounded great on the CD playing on my new car’s awesome speakers back in early 2000s. I had so much fun cranking up this song! I miss those days so damn badly.

if youre listening to Puddle Of Mudd in 2024 youre probably old enough to remember when MTV played music videos 🔥
I watched the first video played on Mtv.... "Video killed the radio star".... I'm old.... lol
FUCK YEAH!!!!!
Mtv was starting to suck around this time. They were phasing out rock for crappy rap & pop music. Mtv still plays music videos but it's 99% bad
They still do lmao
I see you've seen the same comment on every other video Of theirs and decided to copy paste it how very original>
